I booked an appointment 2 days in advance for noon.
I arrived 10 minutes early, my intention was to wait for the four tires to be fitted, however I was told it would be a 2.5 to 3 hour wait as they were backed up with work.
Which makes having an appointment rather redundant.
I left the car there as this was too long for me to sit and wait.
I eventually got my car back around 5PM!
The staff were very professional and courteous throughout.
My only issue is if you have an appointment you should not have to wait 5 hours before your car is finished. I understand that there is some time involved in dismounting and mounting the tires and balancing etc. but the wait was excessive.

I live in Santa Monica. I drove 30 miles to go to the Buena Park location because (a) pricing was the most competitive and (b) I trust it more than the other closer Firestone locations that I have been to. I arrived first thing in the morning and was greeted by the store manager, Kim Rivas. She and her staff were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient in response to my questions. The work done on my car was not insignificant. It pretty much took the entire day. But the team at Buena Park got the work done and I am a happy customer.

I had a nail in my tire, and normally to save a few bucks I would take my car to one of those sketchy looking hole in the wall mom & pop tire shops. But this time around I decided to treat myself to going to a big name place like Firestone. I thought surely it would be a nicer experience than those other small places. I knew Firestone might cost more, but I had just got paid so I figured I’d splurge on better quality all around. Boy was I wrong.
Firstly, I stood at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes until someone finally came in to help me. I told him I have a nail in a tire and was hoping to get it patched. When he asked me if I was going to drop the car off or stay and wait, I asked how long he estimated it would take. He said “a while.” “Maybe by the end of the day (it was around 2pm), maybe not until tomorrow.” When I became visibly surprised that something as quick as a simple tire patch could take that long, he became immediately extremely rude and took a very aggressive tone with me. He said “Yes, for a tire patch! There are a lot of people here who have been waiting for a really long time before you.” Well that sounds like a whole other issue in and of itself, but I digress.
There was no need for this man to be such a jerk to me, and there is certainly no reason that this shouldn’t have been a simple, quick, in & out job. It is absurd that a facility with the means that Firestone has could possibly take up to 24 hours to complete a tire patch that takes those other dingy little shops no more than 15 minutes.
In fact, after that employee at Firestone was SO rude to me, and after hearing their ridiculous time estimate, I immediately left and took my car to one of said small tire shops about 2 miles away. I decided to time it and I kid you not, I was in and out of that place in exactly 11 minutes. They waved me in and were attentive beginning the second I pulled into the lot, and they patched my tire & got me checked out all in 11 minutes. And it was only $20.
Firestone seriously needs to do better, this whole experience was ridiculous.
Moral of the story, don’t waste your time on a big name like Firestone. Take your flat tires to Fast Tire Service on Lincoln Ave instead. Firestone should be embarrassed.

Outstanding customer service reps & techs, knowledgeable assistance & fair prices.
Being open early on a Sunday is a definite plus.

I bought a new car and my tire had a chip/cut, even though the rim is perfect. Dealership did not returned my call. So, I took my car to local Firestone and spoke to Mark. He is going out his way to extend Firestone’s courtesy by replacing this tire. Now I can safely drive this car again and kudos to Mark, Firestone and Bridgestone. When I need any auto services in the future, Firestone will be my choice.

Came in last minute for a tire repair, they were friendly and were able to squeeze me in.. excellent service and found and fixed the problem I had … highly recommend Mark was very helpful

Mark is a pretty cool guy, I went in with a flat tire, so he set me up with new tires and the place was busy so it took a while to get my car in, but , took me in at the end of the day which was amazing customer service on his part!

Great friendly and Fast service,
I did have an Appt.
I had a Full Synthetic Oil Change, Lifetime Alignment, Tire Rotation and New Wiper Blades. All done within 2 hrs. My Rav4 is Running Great.

Dominick was a 10/10 polite, explained all options available, tried to make everyone comfortable. The lady who helped me the next morning came off having an attitude which threw me off because my experience was totally different. But overall my experience was good and love that the team provided very cost efficient options. I didn’t feel like I was being scammed.

If you are trying to get work done on a vehicle at this location do not, I REPEAT DO NOT, do an overnight drop off and expect them to check their overnight drop box. I wasted 4 hours waiting for an update on my truck which had an 8am appointment. When I called for an update I was told that I was not in their system. It was only after I gave them my phone number and them asking if I had dropped it off. Even though it was parked by their front entrance. The person who answered my call said that in the 2 years that he had worked there I was the second person to do overnight drop off and because of that they don't regularly check their drop box. There will be no change in this rating for this location because out of the firestones that I have used this was the most disappointing and infuriating experience I have ever had.
