Don’t buy their beds they BREAK. When I brought it to their attention they said I should’ve bought a bunkie board or box spring because their beds are weak. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I should go to Home Depot and fix the bed that’s what he does with beds he buys from there. Mind you the bed was $857 not including the mattress. We bought it in November, we are now in April with a broken bed..

Furniture is affordable delivery and assembly is affordable as well...My issue is the delivery...I was told my Furniture will be delivered Wednesday afternoon...The delivery guys didn't get to my home until midnight...very much late...Delivery driver communication can be better...

False advertisement. I drove all the way from LA to Buena Park. They advertised on instagram that their sectional with ottoman are $300 if you bring cash. They charged me $300 plus tax in cash. I purchased the couches, but this will be my last time doing business with them !

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service :I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this store. My daughter accidentally touched a vanity mirror, and it broke. Instead of showing concern for my child's well-being, the manager was rude and insisted that we pay the full price for the damaged item, including tax. The mirror was placed in an inconvenient location, making it prone to accidents.In the past, I have encountered similar incidents in other stores, where the managers handled the situation with grace and understanding, often sharing the loss or offering some value in return. It's common knowledge that stores have insurance for such incidents, but this store's approach was entirely different and unacceptable.Furthermore, the overall handling of items in the store was poor, and it's evident that they sell cheap products. Their invoices are not suitable for any insurance claims, and the products are poorly handled, as evident in the backside of the store. This raises concerns about what happens when you receive a defective item, especially with their cash and delivery policy.It's much more convenient to pay a little extra at other stores and have insurance for your purchases. The sales attitude at this store is unacceptable, and it's clear that their products are cheap for a REASON! My experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone.
