“I ended up going inside of here because I thought opportunity to go to a free training. I wasn’t a good fit because I live far away, but the attention in the care the guy gave me maybe wish I was closer. I can tell he really cared because even though he knew I wouldn’t sign for the program he still delivered value was incredibly caring and I could feel that if I was able to go to the gym, I would be supporting if you get a chance, I highly recommend sign up for this gym and if move back in the area. I’m totally gonna sign up for the gym.”

“I love this place super quiet friendly staff clean equipment clean restrooms lots of machines and free weights i highly recommend specially late hours from 10pm and up. This is an update on my review. On November 20 2025 they removed old equipment and changed to brand new equipment just so you know. It can only get better, come join us this club is the chilliest one around OC I can guarantee you that, specially after 9 pm. I'm not being paid to say this nor I am an affiliate or sponsor I just tell it like it is plus their staff personnel are great people and super ?”
“Water aerobics with Cindy are amazing! Tuesdays at 9:00am and Thursdays at 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Great workouts with water weights and pool noodles. She pays attention to everyone and is so helpful.”
