My favorite Kohls location to shop at! I always find what I need/want. And ALL of the employees always treat me very well and with a smile. Even on a crazy day like today. Because of this I let my cashier know I appreciate her and the other employees hard work!... Customers should do this more often instead of feeling entitled and rude

I had an issue with an amazon return, the manager Maria believes that she does not have to talk to customers even though the store has no customers, she came and told the employee that she would only answer him. It's even worse when you ask for the manager and they said she is store manager.

Place is big like most Kohl's location. It was clean overall but noticed many sizes on certain items were not available. But you can use the kiosk to order or use their website.I went here to do an Amazon item return which is located on the back area from the front entrance.Line went pretty fast even though there was only 1 person or station doing all the returns. I had some Kohl's cash so did a little shopping. Has a pretty good selection for all types of clothing and prices are good if you take advantage of offers and promotions but full retail seems a bit pricey. Quality isn't the best so I suggest looking at the stitching or alignment of embellishments when picking out an item to buy.The register line was pretty long but they have 2 different areas to checkout and with multiple cashiers, the line went by pretty fast. They even have a line marker that gives you a 10 minute estimate at a certain point in the line so helps feel like the employees are beating the time expectations.Parking wasn't an issue even though it was busy. And place seemed more cleaner and more organized than other locations I've been to. I recommend this location more than the average location.

Kohl's Buena Park is always a positive experience. Beautiful store. High-quality products. Friendly, helpful, very responsive employees. They have Amazon return service that I have used.And recently they have raised their status even more by adding a classy Sephora section that their high-end female customers will appreciate.

I got $10 off coupon and used that to buy something I needed. I paid $1.15 after the coupon and other discounts. And employee named Hannah went out of her way to help me. It really helped because of my disability. There's nothing like excellent customer service!

I love this place. I returned my amazon purchase here and it was fast and so easy! There is a sephora store in here and the employees were so nice and helpful. Shout out to Pam in Sephora who was our friendly and helpful cashier!

This location now has a Sephora! And it looks great inside! Your purchase in Sephora will link to your Kohls rewards. A perfect addition to a very nice store!

I love this store! Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and there are attractive displays. They are preparing for the opening of a Sephora at this store - a great bonus! I was having a little difficulty with the Kohl's app and Michael stepped in was able to make it work for me. I appreciated his assistance.
