Just read the comments, and all 1 star reviews are about appointment cancellations. I found nothing wrong at this place. Their system might change now. People are nice, quick service. Came here on early Monday morning, walk-in basically. After scanning my DL outside the lab, they called me immediately. The whole process walk-in and out just took 10 minutes. Let's shout out the names Chantay, Antionette, and Brenda. They saved me lots of time.
One thing i like about this place is that I don't have to sit next to many other clients looking at them coughing the whole time like other lab. I will definitely be back !

This is the 3rd time labcorp at this location canceled my appointment. I book my appointment months ahead in order to see my scheduled visit with a specialist and the inconvenience doesn’t help.

Very disappointed with Labcorp. I had a scheduled appointment, and they cancelled on me last minute without offering a proper explanation or timely rescheduling option. I had already arranged everything with my doctor and coordinated my schedule to make this work. Their lack of consideration and poor communication threw everything off. It’s incredibly frustrating when patients make an effort to stay on top of their health, only to be let down like this. Labcorp needs to do better with appointment management and respect patients’ time.

I had to schedule this appointment a month in advance in order to get a secure spot, and my appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before my check in (via email) stating the location would be closed down for the day. No call to support with rescheduling, there are no available openings at any other location for the next couple of weeks.
I took off time off of work this morning specifically for this appointment, and need my glucose test done by a certain deadline. Overall a really disappointing experience. Won't be scheduling at this specific location again; when calling other labcorps to see how long walk in timelines were, they said they weren't surprised by the cancellation and this happens often at the Buena Park location- eek!

I would say if you can avoid going to Labcorp in general please do. Staff were over an hour behind even if you had an appointment and they don’t know what’s going on. They will take your paperwork or call you and send you back. Very unprofessional and I’ve never seen a worse “medical lab” in my life.

Made an appointment at 930. Came at 920. Had to wait 25 minutes to get any help. Only until it was 950 they started taking patients one at a time. Incredibly understaffed as there was a line of people that has been waiting for hours

I checked in the kiosk at around 2:30 pm. The screen asked for my phone number and instructed me to wait where I am comfortable while waiting for a text. They never text me. I waited more than half an hour and the didn’t care to text me whether I get tested or not. This is bad.

Went here with my daughter for a test she needed. We got in quickly and the employees were very accommodating. She gets very nervous and they were great. My daughter is 21. I definitely will come here again.

Had bad experience here. Signs say close at 11:30, I arrived at 11:20 it was closed already. No chairs, no restroom in the pharmacy, and on top of all this, the tablets were dirty and not working. Not coming back here.

I didn’t have a bad experience. My nurse was Paola (or Paula; pardon me). She was very nice! I called before I went there to make sure that they were open. Expect there will be a wait time!

I made the appointment in advance and they closed today without any calls or emails. I showed up and saw the sign that it closed.

Scheduled an appointment because they let me, only to go there and saw that they were closed. If that was the case then they should've just been unavailable for appointments. This is the 2nd time it's happened to my family. On the day of my appointment, I went, saw that they were closed, opened the scheduling site and saw that they were suddenly unavailable when it didn't say that days prior. Don't waste your time here. Go to a different site, this one's always going to be closed for whatever reason.
