We stumbled across mattress firm after looking at another nearby store and decided to quickly stop in to see what their inventory included. We were immediately greeted by Steven and he quickly took away the anxiety and frustration we had been feeling spending hours testing and shopping. Steven is a sleep expert, so he not only knows the ins-and-outs of every mattress, but he really takes the time to understand your needs to try and match you with the best mattress. Instead of going to some of the most expensive options to start, he provided us with several affordable choices. He spent over an hour with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a bed from him. We ended up leaving to "sleep on it" and knew before we got home that we wanted to buy our mattress from Steven. We went back first thing next morning and purchased a new Tempur-pedic. We will be referring our friends and family to this store any time they need a new mattress. Steven is a real asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with.”

“My shoulders could not take the discomfort of my previous mattress, and I was desperate to get to a mattress store ASAP. Luckily I looked up a store near me and "Custom Comfort Mattress Brea" was still open, got there 15 minutes before they closed, went in and said I need a new twin size mattress, what is the most comfortable thing you've got. The showroom specialist Crystal was very professional, helpful, and informative regarding my inquiry. Before I made a decision she made sure I tested out the twin size mattresses that were available, and I easily found the mattress that did not hurt my shoulders, asked if they had any in stock and was luckily enough they had one for me to take home that same night. Josh was nice enough to help carry the mattress to my car. It has been two nights since i got it and I have no regrets, and should I change my mind I feel very comfortable knowing that Crystal and Josh are there to help.”

The prices are transparent and readily found, no hidden charges....just like how every other product on the market is...albeit used cars and other mattress stores. That is a strong demonstration of integrity with relationship to their customer, I appreciate that. Good luck getting that at any of the other mattress stores...which just happen to be middle men distributors with unscrupulous sales tactics.On customer service- I bought a mattress protector from them, this protector is a very high quality organic cotton piece, but upon trying it on the bed I wasn't particularly fond of the feel-nothing is wrong with it and its extremely high quality (like everything else they sell)..upon letting them know I wasn't happy with the feel, John from their central location reached out personally, followed up multiple times, and ultimately made things right with an amenable solution. This company and particular individual demonstrate a level of customer satisfaction that is rare these days, high end products with high end customer service.Every guest who has stayed in my guest bedroom with their mattress has said they slept like a king and loved the mattress.Their attention to detail on using high end materials that are safe, their warranty and care that you're happy with their product, their personal touch with customer service, and the fact that they are locally made will keep me coming back for years to come. “I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”
