O.C. Express Car Wash is open 24 hours and is considered by many to be the best car wash ever, with exceptional and impeccable customer service. Staff are helpful and quick to fix issues, answering the phone even late at night. The facility offers a touchless wash where customers do not have to put the car in neutral. It also has self wash bays and vacuum stations, though vacuuming requires a separate small fee. The entrance is a little tight for larger vehicles but has 7 ft clearance. Prices are viewed as pretty cheap and affordable, though notes indicate the price has gone up. The wash is generally a quick, affordable, and relaxed option, though some mention occasional machine issues, such as timers being off or skipped washes. Many customers plan to return regularly.
