I personally track down the owner of this dealership on LinkedIn. I requested that he call me. He did that promptly, but to say he could have cared less is an understatement. His response was, "Sorry that happens." What can I do to make it up to you? Why would I do business with a dealership that cheats lies and undercuts their customer's? I would stay far, far away from this dealership or anything to do with this company.To make it more insulting, the response to this complaint came through at 2:42am in the morning clearly automated.

I mean wow! We couldn't have chose a better place to get a car. Franko did absolutely everything in his power to get me into my 2019 RAV4 and did not try to sell me a different car. Great customer service is truly an understatement. Franko is excellent at what he does and I will most definitely refer this dealership to anyone. If you are looking to get a new car and don't want to feel "sold" this is the place for you. the entire staff helps one another to satisfy customer needs which I love. I unfortunately purchased my car from Premier Dodge Chrysler of Buena Park, CA. Not only did they double charge me for add ons they didn't fulfill their end of the contract. When I signed the binding contract, it didn't match the agreed upon negotiation cost before I gave them the permission to run my credit. I wasn't read each and every page nor each and every charge, there was no thorough explanation before or while signing. I was told initial here, here and here. Upon review within the same week of the original contract signing I contacted the dealership to share my grievances. I feel that I am a victim of bait and switch and also dealership fraud.Upon knowledge and first signs of feeling wronged I contacted Chrysler Bank and Premier Dodge. I have text between the General Manager, Salesperson Courtney Graham, phone records, and backlog between the bank's and I to plead my case.After three months of being run ragged by Chrysler Dodge, and being proactive by my own regards, a repayment of only $599 dollars which was said to have been sent on July 14th was just received on August 17th.I had to take time off of work to continually call and follow up to get this payment. The first person I spoke to about this issue was the Manager, Mario Moreno and he told me there was nothing that could be done.I kept calling back because I was quite devastated about the under handedness and feeling like I was taken advantage of. Then I got in touch with the General Manager, Emil who said he would go through the contract to see what I was talking about and also to look over the contract.I shared with him that I was being charged twice for the 3 additions, didn't read my contract, and an additional charge was added that was beyond my knowledge.What I don't understand is, " If the negotiation price of $29,990 includes the 3 charges, why is it added in on top of $2990 making the total cost of the car $32,891 on the final contract?"This shadiness us the key detail as to why I feel this dealership is fraudulent.1. The additional charges totaling $1996 were already included in my negotiated total minus the windshield protection of $599 which is what they added without my approval and agreed to refund.2. The additional items I paid for were to be made before the signing of this lease were not done.The district manager Emil basically ignored me for a month after saying he was going to send a check that would arrive in enough time so that I didn't need to pay my first payment at least for this mishap.Unfortunately that didn't happen until after I called the bank and reopened a case. Based on the time I've had to take away from my job and personal life to keep calling the bank and the dealership are why I had to leave this review! I feel that I am a victim of bait and switch and have suffered much duress going back and forth with the bank/dealer.The bank has in fact told me that the dealership has the power to cancel/update contracts and that there is nothing they can do for me which is why I would like to take legal action!Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere!!!

8 hours for an oil change and no communication throughout the day. 8am appointment to get in and out to enjoy my day out the window. Honestly think my car sat in the parking lot forgotten about. Tracker on my car showed it in the same spot for over 5 hours. What a waste and all I got was a half hearted apology.

What can I say I have been looking for a dodge challenger for past 3 Months taking my time have had nothing but horrible experiences with car dealers. Went online reach out to Ivan and best move I ever made never once rushed me or lied to me straight up honest got me the best deal possible with in 24 hours got my great interest rate with average credit put me in a 2023 challenger such a great experience I will definitely be sending family members here thanks again Ivan.

Great customer service, never pushed or forced the buy to occur.. Eli and Ivan were great, they were patient and took their time when walking me through the purchase process and setting up the car for me and my family to drive off in it..I will definitely recommend my family and friends to come and shop at this location…. Stay away! Do not service your car here.My family dropped off our Jeep here for an oil change.Service department lied to us. Said that they replaced the oil but it never happened. Our Jeeps information system said the oil needed to be replaced even after we picked up the car.During the service process, they couldn’t find our appointment for this oil change even though we had email proof.You would think the dealer wouldn’t lie but here we are.Manager informed my dad that this service rep who told us he replaced the oil has been fired.

Come for sales, but NOT for service...First, I would like to say the experience of purchasing my vehicle was great! I highly recommend Dennis in sales.BUT, trying to use their service department has been frustration after frustration. If service is a focus for you, why would you outsource your scheduling? This is your first point of contact for your customer. Your scheduler has no ability to answer ANY type of question. This can be extremely frustrating for the customer. (Ie. How long can I expect to wait?)After calling back and speaking to someone in service about their current wait time, I am told one thing over the phone and then something different when I arrive. I don’t appreciate the misinformation! I am a busy person and value my time.I set an appointment with the offsite scheduler. Then, after calling and speaking with the service department, they told me that it would be approximately 1.5 hours which worked for my schedule. I decided to show up for my ‘scheduled’ service literally 20 minutes after my phone call and now am told it’s a 3 hour wait, minimum.I’ve given multiple chances to this dealership’s service department to offer a reasonable service, as they are the closest one to my house. I just can’t waste my time anymore and have now committed to a service department a little further but much more service oriented. I’m no longer wasting my time (or money) here.I don’t need a reply, nor do I wish the service department follow up on this review. I’m never coming back.I would have given one star, however my sales experience with Dennis prevent that.

After my previous experience, someone reached out to me from the dealership and apologized. I decided to give them a second chance. This time around, the experience was fantastic. The service was great. Marcos and Tony took care of me. There was fast efficient service and great communication. My car was returned on time and sparkling clean. I'll definitely return here for my future needs.

Excellent work was done the experience was wonderful they took care of me from the moment it got there to the moment I pick up my jeep the service department manager Moe jubran was wonderful. Explain to me everything that the jeep got done, step-by-step, and words that I can understand.also Nathan Howar the service rep always kept me updated and inform about the status on my car. I appreciate him 100% and I recommend this dealership thank you for all you guys did for me.

Still crap service. Went up twice seeking out service manager Marcos. First time around 3pm Waited 25min. They said couldn't find him he must be busy. Second time was 2 days ltr. Waited 18min for them to tell me I think he went hme early. I think it was a Monday and Wednesday. Not 100% was a little more than a week ago. So I will not be giving this place any business. Funny part is. I was willing to buy a new car here but sales mgr never called for my business like they said they would. That's ok. Honda got my 60g. Your loss
