  Got the washer my parents wanted for almost half the price that we would've paid at Home Depot. Brand new! They haven't had any issues at all. This was almost 1 year ago.

  They sold me a washer and dryer that had the serial numbers removed and the Wifi feature disabled. No ability to register the product with LG. They do not disclose this on their invoices. In addition, it is illegal to remove the manufacturer ID tag.
