This store is pretty good. Not too busy, never really a long line. The store is clean for the most part. My only complaint is that darn Sephora they put in. Took away from the men's sections. It's such a shame because I used to get my work clothes, but a lot less options now. Booooo Sephora.... Booooo

Worst place ever. The store associate who was ringing out our purchases had made a big mistake punching gift cards that weren't ours. Manager Maria was called over and from the beginning she was very rude, condescending and just plain unpleasant. Even if it was the store associate's fault, they refused to refund the gift cards that we didn't even want to buy. On top of that, they refused to include the gift cards to the total amount I purchased which would amount to Kohl's cash. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had a special order from the Redondo Beach store and had to drive to Buena Park to pick it up. The Buena Park store is massive and very nice. Was so pleased with the staff, the merchandise, parking, and overall experience.

Anais in the Sephora department went above and beyond . She helped me choose the appropriate makeup for an important meeting . I highly recommend this location !

TL;DR: Kohl's is the king of fake clearances so most % discounts is usually false advertising. Their cashier associates will harass you to open up a Kohls charge card. If you're not already a loyal shopper here, DO NOT DO IT. Anyways, it's a standard Kohls with the Amazon returns in the left back corner. The only reason I go to these stores anymore. Ended up buying 2 pieces of decor and the cashier at the front continued to pressure me into opening up some Kohls thing when I repeatedly said I just wanted to pay and leave. Long story short, they made a mistake and a credit card was opened under my name. Upper management was friendly but not actually helpful in correcting this.My credit score dropped 50 points in a single day because of this hard inquiry on my credit report.

I was with my grandmother earlier today on 8/7 browsing and shopping around for some of the stuff that she wanted. There was an employee in the jewelry dept that was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable with the merchandise and that really impacted alot of my grandmothers choices in a positive way. On the other hand, there was a floor associate by the name of Paola, wearing a faded purple sweater walking around in the women's department appearing to be putting things away. When my grandmother had some questions about particular sizes and designs of some of the shirts, Paola gave her short responses as if we were bothering her. When prompted with another question; the young lady replied back with "you know you can look on the app" clearly my grandmother isn't tech savvy so when I asked where do I put in the barcode for said items online she sighed loudly and before she could finish I told my grandmother that we would figure this out on our own. Not sure if she was having a rough day or unsure of how to prioritize her work responsibilities but i thought it was very uncalled for and unprofessional of her to have that sort of attitude with us.

I came in to try a body spray product as a sample, they took forever to help me and once they did they said they couldn’t give me that product in a sample, even though I’ve tried other perfumes as samples in Sephora's. I just left because it was awful service and I wasn’t going to give them my money.

This store in Buena Park is very nice. While browsing inside, they had a clearence sale on some clothing and happy to say, they had a lot of selections. I chose some pants from there and after purchasing them, I walked out with a smile. :)

Letting your guard down. Too many thieves in Buena Park. Buena Park Police only bust people with money so the city can collect the fines. Meanwhile shoplifters and pickpockets run free.

This is a great location.Historically, I have always been a Kolhs shopper. More recently, not so much. But I do shop a lot on Amazon and Kolhs has Amazon returns. This location does have an Amazon return area. And that is how they get me LOL I go there for Amazon returns and end up buying stuff at Kolhs. Lol This Kohls has a Sephora inside! Heck yes! How cool is that? And it's a huuuuuuge Sephora. Not a little dinky thing lol So, naturally I had to go check it out and bought some goodies from the Sephora. Guilty *shrugs* lol Anyway, my Amazon rerun went smoothly. Yay! They gave me a 35 percent off coupon for retuning there. But be advised, the coupon does not work for Sephora. Trust me, I tried lolol It's only good for Kohls stuff and excludes Nike and big name brands. But the coupon was still much appreciated.

The white woman with blonde hair and blue eyes (a Sephora associate) that's more on the heavy side was rude didn't acknowledge me when I walked into Sephora she was just dusting the products I had to walk up to her and ask her for a basket I had my had full of products she didn't care to help me she just said the baskets are over there towards the register and went back to dusting, you guys can even charco the cámaras were i then walk to go get the basket myself ( I was there 12/8/2022 , Thursday around 4:00pm) and finally a nice associate with red curly hair approaches me but as I'm cashing out this associate the one I was talking about the rude one butts in into my conversation with the cashier and says no that coupon doesn't apply to that ina rude way no one even asked her I wanna say that woman was a coordinator or manager the way she butt in the conversation very dissatisfied first and last time going the that Sephora (inside Kohl's) what a miserable lady no need to treat customers that way bad customer service! Zero starts if I could

have to say walking into the store to buy make-up is a pain and can be so overwhelming. Well let's just say this employee named Amy went above and beyond what I say customer satisfaction would be. I had a face breakout due to some expire sunscreen I used. NOT only was I completely freaking out about all the red-toned spots I had, but was embarrassed, to say the least to say I was being cheap for using the expired face sunscreen gel. Since I had used this gel before, I never thought it was a big deal. Well, I was so wrong!! Amy was kind enough to help me remove my makeup with some cotton pads and some liquid type of makeup remover. She made me feel less embarrassed as she shared what she had on her face. Her face was flawless and had really pretty makeup on. After her quick evaluation of how to fix my issues, she gave me a few items to use. We used the testers and then her response was what do you think? I was able to feel confident again! I grabbed 3 products she used and went to the register. I had no idea I could use my Kohls's credit card. I thanked Amy for her assistance and then she shared she was actually the store manager. I was so happy to see the store was clean, had plenty of make-up brands and she did offer her professional experience. I would recommend coming to Sephora at Kohls, less crowded then the mall! Thanks again Amy for saving my day
