I can't believe I'm so late to give my review! Any hoot! Just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the internet sales manager Al Perry! He exceeded our expectations! He made our purchase run so smoothly. He kept us informed while we waited on our car to be delivered (due to back order), and when it arrived, he informed us immediately. Mr. Perry doesn't just make his sales and cut you off, like other dealers I've experienced. I've come to him with some questions and concerns. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! My husband and I both were so impressed with the overall service at this dealership from sales to finance! We bought our 2022 Cadillac CT5 Sport on 08/26/22. We will be back next year to trade our car and / or purchase another. We are definitely sticking with this dealership now. Oh, and the service department is also nothing but so helpful and professional as well! Especially our service consultant, Mark Michael Rodelo. We had the best experience with salesman Al and our finance manager Steve. We bought a new truck. We bought the warranty as everything now a days is digital or computer driven, we feel it was a good price. We also had the car sealed as it will protect the inside and outside of the vehicle.

My 2020 Denali Truck would not start and it only has 26,000 miles, my 3 year warranty just ran out 2 months ago and I had to get my truck towed to the dealership. My power train warranty is active but my bumper to bumper warranty is not, This dealership charged me $250 just to see what was wrong with it turns out my starter went out at 26,000 miles, this was clearly a manufacture bad starter. Not only did they charge me $250 to let me know my starter was bad but then they charged me an additional $750 to get it replaced. Keep in mind that my truck only has 26,000 miles and they would not budge on the price they charged me. I saw the receipt after. The starter is less than $200 and the rest was labor. I could not believe that they would charge me that much especially since the power train warranty is still good for another couple years. I would never go back to this dealership.

I took my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq here for service and was advised it would take 5 - 7 business days to have it diagnosed. Needless to say on the 8th day I was informed it would take an additional 2-3 business days which would mean my car would sit there for over two weeks before anyone would even be able to look at it. After I was advised of the unacceptable additional delay to have my car serviced, I picked it up and took it to another Cadillac dealer which was able to resolve the issues and have my car back to me the very next day. I understand this dealership is busy, but to have someone's new car sit and wait over two weeks to be serviced it unacceptable by any standards.

I tried to purchase a new Buick Enclave Avenir from Simpson Buick GMC on December 7, 2023, I was connected with sales associate Lorenzo E. I told Lorenzo I wanted to purchase the car at the advertised internet price with no add Ons or protection packages and he told me OK you're not obligated to purchase add Ons or protection packages at this dealership, we don't do that here. I then filled out the special online financing application and qualified for the 2.9 financing rate. A couple hours later Eva F internet sales manager called me to give me the final numbers regarding the purchase of the car and she told me the catalytic converter guard would be an additional $995 dollars, I told her I was not interested in any add Ons and that I told the sales associate Lorenzo E that and made that clear to him, she told me well Lorenzo told me that was something you wanted and I told her no I don't want it and Lorenzo told you wrong. Eva E. then told me I would have to talk to Lorenzo about the $995.00 add on catalytic converter guard so I said fine have him call me. Eva. F also told me it would be around $800.00 for vehicle registration, and I told her no I'm a disabled military veteran, so I'm exempt from paying any vehicles registration to the DMV. Eva F then told me I will call DMV tomorrow and verify that, and if it's true and I will remove that charge and let you know tomorrow so I told her ok, just go onto the DMV website and you can verify it if you like without even calling them. Eva F also told me the vehicle I was buying was discounted already and that I should be happy to pay the extra charge for the catalytic converter guard and that the internet selling price was a mistake, but she would still honor the selling price anyway. The phone conversation ended with Eva F telling me Lorenzo will call you later about the $995 charge for the catalytic converter guard that I did not want to purchase. Later that evening Lorenzo called me and said so you have problem with the catalytic converter guard at $995.00 and I told him yes, I reiterated to him earlier in our first conversation I didn't want any add Ons to the internet selling price, Lorenzo then told me I'll talk to my Mnager tomorrow and see what I can do. The following day Lorenzo called me and said there willing to sell you the catalytic converter guard for $985.00 but that's the best I can do. Again, I told Lorenzo I did not want any add Ons to the internet sellling price and said sell me the SUV for the advertised price, he then told me no, take it or leave it you have to purchase the catalytic converter guard to get the internet sales price on the vehicle. At this point I was frustrated because I had been misled, lied to, so I told Lorenzo I would still but the vehicle with the added price of $985.00 for the catalytic converter guard. Lorenzo then told me I needed to put a down payment on the vehicle to make sure it didn't sell to someone else, he said I'm going to send you a link to your email address where you can place a down payment on the vehicle, so I told him fine send me the link and I will put the down payment on the vehicle to hold it for me. Lorenzo also told me I will call you tomorrow to give you the final numbers regarding the purchase of the vehicle and at that time I told Lorenzo I will be down there to Simpson GMC Buick Tuesday to pick up the SUV and sign the paperwork and with the down payment for the Buick Enclave. Lorenzo never forwarded the Link to my email address for the down payment and Eva F never called me back with the final numbers for the sale of the vehicle and to tell me if she checked with DMV about the exempt vehicle registration issue because I am a disabled veteran. I heard nothing from Lorenzo E. or Eva F Saturday or Sunday. On December 11, 2023 I sent a text to Lorenzo E. to let him know I would be driving 4 hours down to Simpson Buick tomorrow Tuesday December 12, 2023 to pick up the Buick Enclave. Jerry Rebolledo is the worst representative you can go too if you're Mexican . He was so rude and disrespectful and said " Mexican Math" is not accepted here only because we thought that the interest rate was too high after we offered to place a high downpayment. He made several of other comments which pushed my family to walk away from purchasing here.

I've been talking to a guy named Al there the last few days about a 2023 Canyon At4x. Was really interested in a truck they have on the lot. Come to find out after a few messages the truck had damage from the shipping company (which they made me aware of and wasn't the end of the world as they said they would fix it). Now here comes the best part. Sticker price on the truck was $69k and after tax and license would have been 75k. Totally Understand all of that so far. Here comes the part where the dealership lost my $ and I was prepared to write a check for the entire amount the truck would have cost. "Al" claimed that I have to pay $2,500 for coverage to the catalytic converter, windshield, and something else... which they wouldn't take off. So what do I have full coverage insurance on the car for? Most insurance companies now-a-days cover those things. Unfortunately this made me walk out of the dealership and Simpson GMC lost a long time customer because of it. I will go buy the same truck from Tustin GMC for the $10k less Lastly "Al" claims to be the "manager" there. Which I find hard to believe.

This was my 1st purchase at Simpson of Buena Park. parent have been long time customers so I decided to take a look. I worked with JERRY and CARLOS over the phone. the process was so easy and smooth I was in and out in 2hrs. It would've been less but they had some computer issues. When I arrived my vehicle was out front with a bow all clean with a full tank. while I waited for finance they showed me all the features I wasn't aware of and let me set up my On-Star process. I have to say the customer service by these associate was top notch and I'm confident to say when it comes time for an upgrade or newer vehicle I will be returning. JERRY and CARLOS did a great job. Really went the extra mile. This is my first Cadillac. I got the CT5 luxury model with turbo. Thanks you Simpson for working with me and getting me the car I wanted. JERRY AND CARLOS are people to speak with if you want a smooth purchase.

On the 5th of Sept I took my car in to Simpson Cadillac GMC for service to clear a check engine light. The required service was completed 5 days later and allowed me to have the vehicle smog tested 10 days after the repairs were made. When the hood was lifted by my smog tech performing the test, it was very apparent that the very large plastic engine cover on the vehicle was missing. Pretty obvious the technician performing the service was negligent and failed to install the cover upon completion of the job. Totally unacceptable. Now, it was my decision not to confront the Dealer Service Department based on an anticipated response given the length of time that had passed following the service. Another bit of disappointment regarding this matter was why the Service Department failed to contact me when the technician discovered the part to my car in his work area. I realized my vehicle is a 2009 model and not a brand new Cadillac, but if this is the level of attention to detail taken on my car, what can an owner of a new one expect? Unfortunately, this was not the first time a task on a service order for my vehicle was not completed. A few years ago following a service visit, I discovered a section of the front suspension removed to access the AC was left loose. Now it's time to find another source for service as I will never be going back to Simpson ever.

I was truck shopping at another GMC dealer prior to visiting this GMC and I was not happy with sales representatives. I drove here and immediately was recognized by Armando with amazing service and understood what I had in mind and absolutely took care of me getting my dream truck. I was also able to test drive and sort options. I ended up with a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 x31. I am truly happy with my decision on vehicle and dealer.
