I've been a customer of this Smart and Final for years. And everytime I go there's this cashier Coreen that is very rude, has an attitude and she is very racist. She is always on her phone, ignoring customers, and making them wait until she's done with her phone call. If you have a question she'll just ignore you or give you attitude. Me, my family, and friends will no longer give you our business. If this lady continues to treat people like that this store is going to lose alot more customers.

Place has gone down hill open freezers are empty only 1 cashier working shopping carts all over the parking lot very disappointing visit

I love the store but there is an older lady who is tall with gray hair and sometimes she is very rude. I don't know if she is tired or if she doesn't like her job but she answers rudely and if you give her change like I did, I wanted to take out my coins and give her 68 cents. that my total was $45.68. And I paid with a $100 and the change was returned to me with $20 of 5 and the rest of one. ??♀️. The rest of the staff has always taken good care of us.

I called @ 4:40pm for a simple item
Look up. I had to call 3 times but was disconnected/hung up on until fortunately CORINE picked up the line. First time calling, the woman placed me on hold while she looked for what I asked for. I’m holding time, a gentleman picked up. After I explained I was on hold while the woman looked for item and he quickly hung upon me. I called back for the 2nd time and after going thru the automated prompt system, another male answered and I explained quickly that the first time I called the woman who helped me was looking so she could answer my question, he hung up. Thankfully the last time Corine answered. She answered my question, was not apologetic at all for her fellow staff, but she still answered my question.

Poor customer service, poor management, always just one cashier. Cashier Rebecca was rude, supervisor Abraham & manager Darrell condone her humiliating customers.

You know I get it it’s my bad because I did not have all the money cool I’m a looser but when this little cashier and his manager (I’m assuming) see me trying to scrape together the last .99 to buy a thing of meat and they could not just say don’t worry about it. I mean that kid does not come across as the most intelligent human being. I’m sure he comes up short a buck every so often and since when is smart and final so hard up for cash. I have done it a bunch of times at my personal restaurant it never broke me. I mean I did not have my debt card in me I won’t come back here because of the $.99 and we’re a family of 6 that USED to shop here all the time. Averaging 3-500 a trip I know it’s means nothing to them but it’s my silent (minus this rant) protest. Ps the kids not really dumb just very immature and lacking life experience. Talking about how he spent 200 on a shrek costume and I’m trying to scrape 99 Pennie’s together to feed my family.

I asked if they have purple yam, and one of the guys said yes, so he showed me which one. I boiled and opened one and it's yellow! I threw them away!
