The electricians were very professional and courteous: they arrived on time; and they did an excellent job of accurately cutting the drywall, wiring, installing the lights, repatching, and even cleaning the room. I’m going to use your services for any electrical needs in the future.

Continues to be an ongoing nightmare. Now after waiting seven months of being told my units will be looked at many many times. The service tech Sal told me they are not even in a received in order queue, or even that a diagnostic would be done and after being told at least 8 times Sal would get back to me, they don't even respond to emails or phone calls for the last 2 weeks. On December 20th Sal said he would ship my units back after giving me postal costs. That was 2 weeks ago. I have run a recording studios for 30 years and never had such uncaring negligent and rude customer service. The kicker is my gear is computer oriented and my shop up here is ready to repair it and I cant get it back. This shop is most likely about to call it quits and they should, but I am worried I will never see my gear again. Very Disappointed and frustrated. Never ever come here certainly not if you need a timely repair for yourself or you studio. I generally don't even write reviews but that's just how bad I think this place is.

Brought in my Teac X-7R because of a tape dragging problem. I was told by Sal that a complete Teac service will fix the problem. 7 weeks a over 700 dollars later, I get my tape deck home and it still drags. They tell me it is the tape. I buy brand new tape, and it still drags. I take it back, they have it 3 weeks only to tell me they are “done working on it and can’t figure it out, so it must be my tape”. Communication is horrible. They don’t answer the phone or return messages. The respond to 1 out of 4 emails. Avoid this place like plague!

They replaced a scratched top and upgraded the USB board on my Esoteric K-01. Sal, customer service guy did a good job keeping me updated. Prices were also reasonable

Had my Yamaha MX5200 shut down, and Yamaha had me send it to Sal for warranty repair. Got it back serviced and everything is good. Sal is top notch to contact. Thank you

TAP repaired my Tascam mixer and sent it back in record time. These things usually take many weeks. TAP had it done in 3. I am impressed. They were also very nice and easy to deal with.

Really disappointed at customer service at this place. People who work there show absolute apathy towards their customers.They say things they gonna do and they don’t, they say they will give you a call back and they don’t. I gave them a Roland 808 drum machine and have been told it can be repaired but it wasn’t, then that spare parts has been ordered and they haven’t. Nor I have been notified about the time frame it’s gonna take to do the job.At the end charged $45. I would recommend to choose a different place for repairs.

They fixed my brand new 4 week old Yamaha receiver in one day. The control board burned up. I was able to drop it of to them, and they shipped it to my front door since I live in San Diego. It is nice to see that customer service is still out there! Based on my experience I would use them again.
