If I could give a zero star I would do that but the least star here you can give is one. They have the worst service attitude towards customers I have ever experienced throughout the Northern America. It’s not kidding. I have been traveling all the big cities throughout the U.S. and Canada, never have a food court from a mall trying to kick you out of their place because you are taking a break there and its not dinner time yet to order a meal. They force you to order something or otherwise you just can’t sit there, even 2/3 of seats are empty. It’s funny that even in China with very bad human rights reputation, many fast food settings and restaurants, even IKEA, all allow people stay inside however long they wish for rests and breaks. Then this food court in the U.S.? It made me felt it’s worse then the worse country in the world. This place just sucks

Five people went to the Venice Beach restaurant.
1. Two people ordered raw fish rice bowl. One person's hair came out, and the red pepper paste that was used to mix the rice bowl was not provided, so even when I called the staff, they didn't come, so I had to wait for them to come and eat a little bit, but didn't come until they were all eaten.
2. Since 5 people were eating, we were given side dishes for 2 people, so when 5 people were eating about 1/3 of the side dishes, there were no side dishes, so I tried to ask for more, but the staff did not come, so I went to the counter and asked for side dishes and red pepper paste.
Didn't come until I finished eating.
3. The staff were unfriendly and ignored the opinions of guests.
I was so angry that I didn't want to tip, but I still did.
This is the worst restaurant run by Koreans.

I was excited when I received notice by mail that this mall was being built several years back. I thought it would be a much needed upgrade in comparison to the Buena Park mall. The original concept was for it to be a high class mall that was designed to cater to multicultural upper middle class tenants of the area. Bloomingdale’s and Tiffany’s were included in the concept design. It ended up being very different and is Asian/Korean based. Some of the restaurants are amazing (Myungramg Hot dogs, Old Ferry Donut and ILLO are my favorite spots to visit). I’m honored to have the cuisine so close to home but it would be nice if the stores were more diverse. I’m sure that diversity would also help to bring in more customers. I would love to have a Nordstrom, Macys or CPK included in the space.

I stopped by the Korean food-focused food court on the second floor. I was looking for something to eat and when I went to the bathroom, the door was locked. I asked the employee at the food corner near the bathroom to tell me the bathroom password, and he said he would tell me if I order food first. I was so embarrassed that I was standing near the restroom waiting for someone to come out, but the employee from earlier came after me and kicked me out, telling me to use the restroom outside and calling the security guard. It was my first time seeing a business in a food court with the bathroom locked, and I was very offended by the fact that customers were treated like homeless people. I never want to go to this mall again and I want to tell people around me not to go there either. It's not worth even one star.

Mall felt like some sort of lucid dream.
It was cool but empty.
The stores we went into, the employees either followed us around while we looked inside or just kept staring at us like we were interrupting.
Security guard was following us around.
Did i fail to mention we are Hispanic, my wife is darker skin, felt like a very prejudice environment.

Food court!!
Watercress at Mimi Rice Bowl – Just don’t eat it!!!
I ordered Chinese cold noodles and black bean noodles from Honggyo - it took over 20 minutes from ordering to coming out! Just because it takes a long time doesn’t mean it’s delicious!!!!
Water is the best!!!

The food court is the worst.
Picnic - It's hard to ruin kimbap. The rice was almost raw. I keep waiting in front of the store to say this, but I can't see anyone in the store.
Fish Katsu - I don't know if the fish is old or the oil is bad, but it has a stale smell (?) and the fish katsu sauce is really little.
Mimi Rice Bowl - Naengmyeon/galbi combo. The food I ordered didn't come out, so I waited for a while and asked the manager... but I found out later that the food had been prepared, but there was no bowl of cold noodles. Later, people came in carrying bowls of cold noodles, and only then did the food come out.
It opens at 11:00, but I went in at 11:05 and ordered food.
It seemed like most stores weren't ready for business at 11 o'clock.
