“Delays at pickup were out of the location owner's hands, but their ability to expedite the remainder of the paperwork for the check-in process while waiting for the arrival of our truck kept us well on-track to keep up with our timeline. The female owner was super helpful with loading our car onto the auto-transport, and answered all of our questions + gave tips for maneuvering the 46ft of truck and trailer that we'd be hauling for hundreds of miles. If we were local, we'd gladly continue to use this location!”

Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. “The owner George is super honest. I work for and HVAC company and we take our vehicles here to get serviced. He quotes us and never pressures us to make the repair. It's always a recommendation, and if there's multiple repairs needed, he'll recommend what to prioritize.
There was one time that they accidentally cracked one of the rear lights and to be honest, I wouldn't have known but he went ahead and replaced it. This place is owned by a man of integrity and we'll keep bringing our vehicles to him.”

Ricardo was very helpful and kind throughout the process. The truck was delivered on time, which was extremely important for my business, and the person who delivered and picked it up took the time to clearly explain how to use everything.
