Had a package to ship. Needed a shipping label printed. UPS wanted to charge 2.00
Fed Ex does this service for free. 2.00 for a piece of paper. Never, ever ship UPS always go Fed Ex.... so much better.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR AMAZON RETURNS!! My husband brounght in three items and the kid behind the counter scanned one. Husband told him he had the other two but was told he didn’t need them. I called the next day and the very rude manager told me he couldn’t trust what I was saying and called my husband a liar. Called him back with the receipt time and description of the kid who helped him. He back pedaled a bit and told me to come in and he would check the codes. When I got there he showed me a video of my husband “not talking”. The video was from above and he has a full beard and mustache. So of course you can’t see his mouth move! Then he said he didn’t even swipe to show the code. Why would he when he was told they weren’t needed? So I’m out $65 and his response was like too bad. I understand mistakes happen but own it and correct it. Needless to say corporate got a call.

I visit here sometimes to return items, and many people come here to return items like I did.
Sometimes the return processing time is longer than expected, and it is very difficult and inconvenient to stand in line holding the items to be returned.
I wish there were three or four small chairs in the store.
There are people with disabilities like me, people with disabilities, and people who brought babies.
Since this is not a store run by an individual, it may be difficult to solve this problem on your own, but I hope you think about it at least once.

The older bald Asian man is completely lazy
& not helpful at all.
I carried a large heavy package in, in its original packaging. But the top wasn’t taped shut so he said bring it back when it’s completely taped, I obviously had no tape so I had to carry it back to my car. Other ups I’ve been to have been so helpful as to tape it up for me, he could have atleast let me borrow tape.

I would leave a zero star. Worst customer service ever. Very rude.
Never come here for printing. They even charge for using USD on their computer. Go to FedEx.

Like this place ,alwyas friendly and thanks to Kyu, im pretty sure eveeyoneat this UPS lacation arevery nice and friendly but the times Ive been there Kyuhas been very helpfull.
