Long overdue, my name is Danny V. and I've been with US Bank for 15 years. Every time I walk into this branch, I am greeted with smiles and when I have 100 questions for VP Alisia Lozano she always takes the time to help and ease my mind. She really makes banking easy. FYi, people, it's the best time to open a Cd in the rates ask for Alisia she guided me perfectly!

Hi there US Bank Corporate team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to the awesome folks over at the Buena Park La Palma branch. First and foremost, I've got to say, the customer service there is top-notch. It's not every day you come across a team that really goes above and beyond, but these guys do it with a smile. And let me tell you about their manager, Alisia Lozano - she's a rockstar. The way she leads her team is something else. It's clear she knows how to pick 'em because every single person on her team is fantastic. Silvy Azar, Nancy Bauista, Lulu Tapia, Selina Toloza, Diamond Cortez, and Jose Mejia - these guys are the real deal. They make up what I like to call the dream team of client relationships. Seriously, they go out of their way to make sure customers like me feel heard and taken care of. I've had my fair share of banking experiences, but this branch is in a league of its own. They truly embody the core values and vision of US Bank. It's refreshing to see a team that's not just about transactions but genuinely cares about their customers. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Buena Park La Palma is hitting it out of the park. I'm one satisfied customer, and I thought it was important to give credit where credit is due. Thanks for having such an amazing team in place.

This branch deserves absolutely 0 stars, my mom went in today around 1:34pm and the teller on number 3 that assisted us was absolutely horrible. First the dirtiest unprofessional looking teller we have ever seen. Her nails are filled with dirt, appears as she hasn’t showered, her lashes were clumpy with old mascara and constantly kept burping throughout the entire conversation. She was giving my mom a hard time requesting deposit slip and ID when my mom had already put it on the counter but the teller refused to make eye contact or look our way to see it was already there. Tried to trick my mom into thinking she has done something wrong but my mom had everything she had requested at hand. The teller continued to be rude and passive through out the conversation, speaking to my mom if it was her first time in a bank. All we wanted to do was make a deposit, we didn’t not request a dirty rude teller who thinks she’s above us and tried to make it seem we were difficult by saying she’ll be attending the next customer soon when she hasn’t even started with us and refused to give us her name.

Terrible bank. You guys had my account on a hold I went back opened it back up then it went back to hold to be closed. Can't be legal with how all my funds are frozen and causing me late on bills. I will speak to MY lawyer not a lawyer to correct this. You guys clearly need to be adjusted. Do not bank here I repeat do not bank here

The Buena Park Mall branch is not crowded. Overall good little bank. Plenty of parking. Area is working class and also tourist area. Not ghetto at all. Recommend

If there was a zero option, this is what I would give. I have wasted so much time trying to deposit money into a new trust account, and all they do is lie. I had all of my documentation, and at the last minute told me they could not do it because the trustees driver's license has expired! The trustee did not expire; but they have been hospitalized since May, and unless I wheel their hospital bed to the DMV, I cannot update the license. This is completely ridiculous. All they said was it was because of a federal regulation, but she is still who the ID says she is. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Save yourself a lot of headaches.

Don’t come to this branch. The managerAlisa who is horrible, rude She doesn’t know what she is doing! All she did is to fight with customers and shut them down! This lady must have an anger issue and need to replace !Before you open your account with this us bank branch, you should think twice ☹️! This branch manager here can’t help you when it comes to the problems! She would blame everything on the back office! I opened my account with the US branch in lake forest. It is 22831 lake forest drive, lake forest, ca. Lake forest is my home US bank. Manager at lake forest home branch must nicer, good customer service. The bad part about US bank is their branches are not connected to each other. Only your home US bank branch ( the branch that you opened your account with…)can be able to help you when it comes to the problem like fraud, scammers! So if you decide to move away from your US home branch, you need to close your US bank account ! Otherwise you can’t be able to get help when it comes to the problem. Only your home US bank branch is willing to help you. Other US bank branches are going to ignore you ! They will treat you like a stranger, you are not their customers! I like chase bank is much better!

The branch manager at this branch is rude Needs to take some people's skills. I had some problems with my account and customer service always directed me back to the branch manager I talked to her once she was rude and uncooperated. Everyone kept directing me back to her and she wouldn't return my phone calls tried several times very unhappy with this bank
