I did not like their services first of all our apartment mailbox is not fix for more than a months now we are expecting important documents to be delivered and also some of packages which we cannot get it because they says it will take time to fix which is could be 6 months or 6 years God knows anyways , to get our mails and packages we have to go to this office and they argue with you , they don’t give your package etc ! It’s Getting supper annoying is hard to go there every day after work to pick up mails . They should be find a another solution to deliver our mail and package or they should fix that mailbox or just give us our mail without any problem because they know we are not getting it inside our mailbox .

If I could give this place one star I would.
This is the worst post office experience that I have ever had. Warning do not attempt to book an appointment for passports here. We came to get my infant a passport and waited over 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment because they let other people in line ahead of us...which completely defeats the point of an appointment. They claimed that they took passport photos online which they do not. They send everyone to some creepy mailing store next door which seems like a total scammy partnership.
Again do not come here if you're looking for passports. There is zero process or competence by their employees. This post office should be shut down.

I had an appointment at 11:15 AM that I had been waiting for all week. At 11:00 AM, when I was just 4 minutes away, someone from the post office called and said the person who takes passport photos had to leave, and they didn’t have the stuff to take pictures. They told me to go get photos from CVS and then come in. They said it would be a little backup, but it was okay.
I did what they said and came back by 11:40 AM. But when I got there, they told me I was late and didn’t even try to help. My appointment was for 3 people, and I already had the photos ready, so they could’ve easily taken my application during that time gap.
The staff was not nice at all. Sally, especially, was rude and unprofessional. When I tried to explain, she said I was yelling—which I wasn’t. I was just upset because they called me and made me late, and now they didn’t even want to take my application.
I waited all week for this appointment, followed everything they told me, and still got turned away. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Sally’s attitude made it even worse. Terrible customer service.

Very short staffed. Waited forever for someone to be in the passport line and there was only one person working in the postal part that would leave and come back after forever. When a lady finally came she said that they can’t do walk ins -even though it says walk ins- and wasted my time. Don’t waste your time, terrible customer service. Very very unhappy.

I been coming to this shop for the past 7 months , all of them were so kind for me and I used to drop my bags in the back because I drop off in bulk like over 100+ pack a day , I went to the ask some lady I never seen her before she’s wearing green jacket and she’s white and kinda old , she was so rude and she didn’t even hear me , if I wasn’t in rush I was gonna talk back , all the staffs were so nice except her she have that ego of something , “watch your staff usps”

Avoid this place at all costs. The people here are very rude and will lie to you. I went here to buy stamps and the manager (I guess she is the manager) was very nasty about me wanting to buy 6 books of stamps. I was not buying them for me but for people who had to work in the morning. I went to the Cerritos post office and they sold me the stamps without an issue.

Terrible branch. Always short staffed. 1-2 staff member working at best and one person will always go on break. People don't even wear USPS uniforms here. Half the time you wonder if it's legit.

I have a lot of issues with the post office. They have crammed boxes in the box that it broke the items inside. Left mail on the table for anyone to take. I live in an apartment with a common mail area. Today 2 packages showed delivered. Both packages are no where to be found. I'm so sick of these issues. And there is little to nothing I can do.

Worse post office. Canceled my passport appointment two weeks ago. Stopped 2 people in front of us during the second appointment as the printer broke. Third appointment - lady went to help the post office side instead of doing next passport appointment. Running behind. Lady was rude and has an attitude. Last time using to this place.

They will not cash usps money orders. Stop selling them if you can't cash them this is ridiculous
