They have from snacks, to drinks, to personal cares, to sports, to kitchenwares, to games, to clothing, to bathroom, and etc…staff seem nice and helpful. There is a big parking lot so plenty of parking. They do have self checkout and if there issue, the staff will come and help. Overall it a nice decent size store to get some good snacks and drinks for sure.”
Dollar General opened its 20,000th U.S. store on February 24th in Alice, Texas. It’s a major milestone for the discount chain that started as one small general store back in 1955. Starting with a ribbon cutting ceremony, the grand opening celebration began at 9am. First customers received some freebies - tote bags filled with free product samples and snacks from DG's Clover Valley brand.
