Can you buy insulin needles there without a prescription? Here on vacation from Arizona and everything got stolen out of my car but I still need to take my medicine. The last Walgreens I went to the gentleman behind the corner was rude to me, not everyone uses street drugs with syringes!

By far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The service is so disregarding and rude. From in person to over the phone, many time I have waited 45min just to ask if a prescription is in stock, there is no flow here. Why would they help everyone in person and drive through and totally throw the callers on the back burner for 50min. Where is the management? Who's directing? This is insane. I can't believe they don't even answer the phone to let me know they will be with me soon, or even apologize for the wait. I would've hung up but I really need a medication that's been out of stock near me. I would like a manager to call me back as soon as possible.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Had been waiting 2 weeks for my Dr. to prescribe a new medicine after the holidays and follow up visit required. So yesterday did that, Dr. sent my script, and I drove there from Orange (appointment ended 30 minutes earlier). After calling the Rxy twice to see when it would be ready, I kept getting an automated message saying "we're working on it" - well I know that but when can I pick it up? I showed up 4pm to inquire but line was crazy. Two windows open, 15 people in line. Decided to walk around the store for 5 minutes to see if it died down and decide if I should leave and come back . Went back to Rx window and line was even longer (never moved). Left and called store back a 3rd time and got transferred to a live person and they said "it'll be ready in 90 minutes", so 2+ hours from when it was sent. Pretty slow but still less than the crazy estimates I've seen people put on these reviews.Meanwhile I went by Wal Mart on my way home to buy 2 items and nobody at the pharmacy at all! Should've gone there instead.Went back later (6:30) to pick it up @ Walgreens and No drive thru for me to pick up (like CVS or other Walgreens have). Went inside and waited in line behind 5 people and only 1 window open now. Took 25 minutes for me to get my turn, because each customer was a crazy story or situation that the tech had a heck of a time to solve. At one point she was just printing out forms and highlighting them for someone who wanted "shots" for more than 10 minutes. When my turn at front of the line, she couldn't find my Rx even though it had only been filled an hour ago! Basically should be right there on top of everything that just came out. At the very least, sorted by last name (A-L, M-Z). Eventually she went back and found it, not sure if the pharmacist just forgot to put it in the bin or what, but nothing was sorted it was just everywhere.I used to use the Walgreens Rx's in Tustin and Irvine religiously but this place is a total 3rd world dystopia. Avoid at all costs.Their systems are slow, badly understaffed, no drive thru, crackheads in line, and it's a total poop show.

All of the pharmacy staff that I have spoken with have, for the most part, been great, especially Nancy! Nancy goes above and beyond to make sure needs are being met. However, there has been a recent change that all calls first go to a call center before going to the pharmacy directly as a way to alleviate the amount of calls going to the pharmacy. The issue is that I always need to speak to the prescribing pharmacy due to the nature of the medication. So I have to wait on hold for ten minutes to ask to be transferred to then wait on hold for 20-40 minutes before getting through to the pharmacy, since there is no way to call the pharmacy directly anymore. Sometimes the hold time is long enough that the call fails and I need to start the process again. I have needed to call the pharmacy multiple times a month for several months in a row and the wait times get soulcrushing. There needs to be more staff at the pharmacy itself to help with taking calls and filling prescriptions. Why implement a call center that can’t help?

I just had the worst experience working for the manager Candy. You can ask for her by name but when you want the manager you get Kenny or Brian she does nothin but stay in the office and watch the computer monitor she is not a manager she is security. Getting paid double to do the assistant managers job a figure head fake management.

Super BAD customer service, slow and lack of communication while you wait for your medications at the pharmacy. Much to improve!

This place is worse than rite aid on Orangethorpe i could spend half a page on how unhappy I am but I'm not going to waste my time! I was able to find a real pharmacy here in Anaheim with real pharmacist and owner who cares about you getting your meds. The pharmacy's called Galaxi its off romneya so if you get tired of the Walgreens run around give them a try! You won't regret it.

My prescription got transferred here when Rite-Aid closed the store I was using. This place is the worst. I've had four prescriptions filled here over the past month. None has been filled on time. Every time I get a message in the app saying they're running behind. When I go down to the pharmacy the next day to find out when my prescription will be filled, they say, "We'll get that ready for you right away." If they can do that, why couldn't they fill it the day before? I have been late starting each of my prescriptions because of these delays.

I just can't anymore. I've been back three times to pick up my medications with Walgreens threatening to put them back on the shelf because I don't have 3+ hours to wait in line because there isn't enough staff hired to check people out as well as be available for consultation. No matter what time of day I have come in there's at least 10 people waiting in line, which doesn't move for 20-30 minutes per person helped. There is typically one person at the register and one person in the back filling prescriptions. The drive thru is permanently closed and they no longer answer the phone since they received all of the customers from the Rite Aid that closed recently. Walgreens has the slowest software program of any pharmacy I have ever used so it's not the fault of the employees. However, when there's a line of 10+ people, it's time to stop filling prescriptions and start helping the line. If I have to leave again a fourth time without my prescription, I am switching pharmacies. I don't have half a day to waste standing in line at the pharmacy. I have a full time job, I am a student, and I have other responsibilities much like most other people. Be smart Walgreens, hire more people and get a better software program.

It was around 8:15 pm when I went to the drive thru only to find out they closed the drive thru service and you would have to come inside to pick up your prescription. The pharmacy closes at 9pm. I went inside and arrived at 8:20pm to pick up prescriptions for me and my mother. When I got to the end of the line, the staff told me I could no longer get in line as there's already a long line and that in order for the pharmacy to close at 9pm, they would have to stop people from getting in line. This doesn't make sense especially if you arrive 40 minutes prior to the scheduled close time. The staff told me to speak to his "manager" at the photo section and to see if she would let me get in line. I went to speak with the "manager" and she basically just said the pharmacy is short staffed and that the pharmacist told her to end the line so they can close the pharmacy at 9pm. She ended up telling me to "try to get in line and see if the pharmacy will take you." So I went back to the line and waited for 40 minutes before I reached the window. When I arrived at the window to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacy assistant helped me. In the meantime, another staff member (who was not even the one helping me) blurted out and told me out of nowhere that next time don't force my way into the line especially if there's a staff member at the end of the line. I don't understand why she needs to tell me this when I have been waiting in line for 40 minutes already. What was her intention and purpose? To humiliate me in front of other people present at that time? It felt like she was blaming me for something I'm not sure what. The staff at this location are RUDE, have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, UNSYMPATHETIC, and UNAPOLOGETIC for the inconvenience caused by closing the pharmacy EARLIER than posted schedule and with NO NOTICE. If you can't service your customers within the scheduled pharmacy hours, don't blame the people who come here to pick up their medication within the scheduled pharmacy hours, especially because one's health is involved. You only care about closing the pharmacy on time, but you don't know the reason why people come here at a certain time (especially if it's within scheduled hours), and you forget to care about why people come to the pharmacy in the first place. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused and ending the line to pick up medication 40 minutes earlier than scheduled hours, this staff had the audacity to confront me about the way I pleaded to them to allow me to pick up my prescriptions.

The pharmacy is always short on employeesAlways delays, excuses, more than an hour on hold every time we call, window drive through closed most of the time, customers lined inside the store over fifteen people, most of the time two employees only. I suggest you close this location or hire more people

Absolute worst customer service! After waiting on hold for the pharmacy for an hour and 15 minutes the line went dead so I called back to the main store number and was told the pharmacy isn’t taking calls because they are too busy. I said shouldn’t there be an automated system saying that and was told no because if they get a chance they will answer. Absolutely ridiculous! I never leave bad reviews but this is not the first time having an awful experience dealing with the employees at this location; I understand being busy but this is not acceptable.
