Be ware of employee name Denise here! I tried to open a new account here at wellsfargo, however she was so rude and unaccommodating. She rushed us out and not explaining the details of different kind of checking account. When we asked a question she looked irritated and not wanted to answer. She informed that we had to pay $25 in cash to open an new account, which we didn't carry cash with us, we asked her politely if we could go get our cash from starter bros and come right back, she told us she would not wait for us because she was busy. My husband and I needed up opening accounting online. She should quit her job if she hate doing customer service. She seems not a good fit in service industry. So.. if you have a chance to go stop by this location stay away from lady name Denise. She will ruined your day!

Our Homeowners Association has been trying for nearly a year to close a brokerage account. Phone calls have not been returned, emails and faxes have not been acknowledged, incorrect signers (people we have never heard of) are on the account and the staff can't seem to agree on what paperwork needs to be filed. We are finally working with a staff member in North Carolina on closing this account. It's been a nightmare and we can't wait to get our money out of Wells Fargo.

This bank needs to put its atm inside so that there’s a layer of security for its customers and the businesses around it. If I could post zero stars I would, they need to fix this immediately there is a lot of dangerous people around this branch at all hours of the day.

I was told to go to this branch by Wells Fargo online telephone support to show some identification documentation. The only professional employee is the security guard who smiles and opens the door. After entering the branch, I could see the branch was empty of customers. I was approached by what looked like a kid in Jr High wearing his dad's suit. This boy then told me, before I said a word, that I could not be helped because he and all of the other child looking employees, (4 in total that were all doing nothing but sitting at desks by themselves), were expecting customers who had appointments. The boy further explained that I would have to make an appointment for later in the week. I sat outside in my car for 30 minutes and saw no customers enter the bank. These kids have it made. All they do is sit alone at their desks and tell account holders that they can't be helped, and they have to make an appointment for later in the week. They are holding our money and treating us like they are doing us a favor by agreeing to perform banking services at an appointment time they agree to. This is upside-down! If you need access to your money in a hurry or if an emergency arises: you will just be out of luck unless your crystal ball advised you to make an appointment a week prior. That's it for me. I am closing my Wells Fargo account. It's my money and I want it when I decide. Not when some child decides to give me an appointment. They won't respond to this review because they know it is true and they don't have appointments for responding to reviews.

Wells Fargo is one of the worst corporations in America. Not only have they been convicted of FRAUD in opening unauthorized accounts for consumers, they also engage daily in predatory and unscrupulous behavior. While many of the consumer facing individuals are decent, helpful people, they are employed by an organization that has not problem in setting unrealistic, even abusive goals that cause employees to perform acts that are not in your best interest. Please use any other financial institution.

Tellers are friendly but the service is very slow. Only 2 tellers at a time. Needs more tellers working to help each other get the line down faster. People behind working on computers should get out and help.

I came to this branch few times and everytime I was there, it was a bad customer service. The tellers are so slow and did NOT greet customer, neither a smile. Worse than that, when I finished my deposits ( for my business), she DID NOT EVEN say anything, not even " have a nice day ".I got CINDY today, she's a nightmare. Stay OUT OF THAT BRANCH, go somewhere else.

I already hate going to the bank as it is. This bank has always been extremely slow, I usually avoid it at all costs. This whole COVID-19 pandemic has made it worse. Today and a week ago I stood in line, with only 6 people in front of me, for over 20 minutes. That is insane. There's two tellers, is Friday at 2:50, and there's at least 15 people behind me. I understand what precautions need to be taken, but you'd think they would figure out a better system to get people in and out faster. But then again this location has always been like this.

Hector Gonzalez was very thorough and professional. He was quick to approach me when he saw I was waiting and he really took care of all my concerns. I recommend this location to anyone that wants to talk to a banker that will actually care for you and value your time. In summary, Hector is very good at doing what he does, and it did not go unrecognized. Thank you.

I'm not from California, but I visited this branch on vacation. I walked in and there was someone greeting people and directing them where to go. I just visited the teller but in the process, I met the manager Kerri. She came over to help the teller and introduced herself. The teller and the manager were both really friendly. They recommended some great restaurants and at the end of the transaction the manager invited me to come back and said she hoped to hear how I liked the recommendations she made! Great branch with great service! And they told me about mobile deposits which is great for when we're traveling!
