Always closed, even during Buisness hours. Long lines. Bad service. Very inconvenient

In general the service is very poor. Most of the folks I dealt with in this branch seem to have an attitude. I am usually there to send wire transfers which cost me $45. Yet they make difficult to make time to process the transfer, they ask questions about the money they should not ask, they discourage me from coming to the bank and bluntly ask me to do the wire myself. They don't seem to be customer centric. They never seem welcoming to the customer or try to make a genuine effort to help the customer. They need to educate and train their staff on code of conduct and customer centricity.

Giving them a 1 star because I can't give any less. Went to the ATM tried to pull out $1,000 in the process of giving me the cash the machine crashes and returns my card and gives me a receipt but no cash. The ATM never gave me my money so I went into the branch and they say sorry there's nothing I can do about it call the number on the back of your card and they'll credit you and we can redo the transaction. I spent 3 hours on the phone spoke to endless amount of supervisors there was nothing they can do to help me. Kept getting these exact word " sorry, but unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it please allow 2-10 business days to do an investigation and we'll update you then. So as of now I haven't heard from any one and Wells Fargo still has $1,000 of my money that they are investigating before giving it back. I'm losing out on a deal I was going to use that money for, I'm also out of that money until investigation is done plus I was hung up on by a supervisor after expressing my frustrations. I did not cuss at them but I did let them know how this isn't fair to me being the customer. I will be closing my account once this gets resolved. I should have known better these machines are always broken at this location too. I was just in a hurry and no one was at the ATM:

42 years as a customer with Wells Fargo and today was the tipping point. I arrived at 12:05 and they just locked the door. Manager stood inside the door and said i could not come in. I rarely have to walk in anymore and most every teller has been replaced with an ATM but i needed some service that an ATM could mot provide. 1. She could have said it nicely. When i asked if there might be another ATM available, the manager gave me a stern "No. I get it, I also work weekends including Sundays and am customer facing but all of this could have been said with more respect and kindness. Another customer at an ATM was nice enough to provide me an alternate Wells Fargo to conduct my business. Its open until 2PM on Saturdays. Very nice. This should have been the assistance provided to me by my wells fargo representative. A terrible face for the company. I'm on my way to the WF that is open now and will be happy to close my account. All of this has urged me to research banks and reconsider my loyalty to Wells Fargo. Turns out, i should have my homework a long time ago. Wells Fargo has little benefit to provide me and is rated at the bottom in terms if customer reasons well deserved.

Wells Fargo on ball and valley view. Bank is a great location. Plenty of parking space. Huge bank. ATM are clean and working. Staff is friendly and helpful. The line went by fast. Tellers were super on point. Place is really quiet. I almost feel asleep lol. Go place to do banking

This Wells Fargo has definitely stepped it up. I have to give it to their manager, Desiree who went out of her way to check on my experience. I really respect that from her and she reassured me that they have hired more tellers and it's true because the last time I was there, the bank was running more effectively. I used to go to other Wells Fargo branches but I will definitely be coming to this one!!

Literally the worst Wells Fargo ever and only one teller. It's been like this since I can remember. I come here during my lunch because it's the closest bank to my work. By the time I'm off, the banks are closed so I don't have much of an option. Iv literally spent my entire lunch here and there has been times where Iv had to leave. Im writing this as I'm standing here in these huge line. To top it off the tellers make it longer by being being noisy and ask personal questions as if the people in line aren't annoyed of hearing and waiting. Do not come here unless if your patients enough to wait around 40 min in line. So frustrating. They claim they are short staffed but don't do anything to hire. The past employees have quit because the pay isn't good. I guess they need to step it up and raise there hourly rate so they can get people to work here. I swear I regret coming here every time but always hopeful they're not busy and I'll be in and out.

Nelia Tec Moo was just off the jump in a bad mood. Even since confirmed the appointment over the phone. Customer service is a tough job and it isn't for everyone. Thankfully someone else was available with a better attitude to help

Terrible location... their tellers do not follow the process and procedures... shorted my cash! Did not count my money back to me and refused to show me camera footage after requesting to see the footage of the teller not counting my money... smh find another location this one is TRASH

This branch sucks as a go to for transactions inside. Already watched 3 people wait then leave as this branch runs only 2 windows at a time for customers. About 8 employees total milling around but will only run 2 windows as the line reaches back to the door. If you have a choice choose elsewhere. There is no customer service here, just Disney type wait lines.

Line by the door and they close a teller. Now instead of two they have one left. Poor management and customer service already. It's 230pm and it's this understaff. Sad.

The absolute worst branch for going in to see a teller! Never more than 2 tellers open, always a line and the tellers they have are the slowest ever. Ugh.
