I went there to get a PIN number for forgetting my PIN number… the teller told me You go to your app and changing is available. But it is not correct.. only change PIN number if I know current PIN number. She was given incorrect information!!!!!!!! What the h?

This branch has very bad service. I have appointment with them at 12:30, I came early, but they still let me waited long time because their banker was not available at that time. It is not a professional way to treat customer.

If I could do zero stars I would. I went in to this particular branch to open a checking account in the name of a trust. I went in on a Tuesday and they said I needed to make an appointment which was fine. On my appointment request I noted I needed to open an account in the name of a trust. The next day I go, the person I was meeting with (Nelia ) was ten minutes late. I explained what I needed to do and she consistently spoke over me. She basically told me she can’t open the account and I needed to go through the courts. She also explained a notary needed to be present (which is why I put in the notes it was a trust account). I am the successor trustee as it was my father’s account. She said since he did not have an account with Wells Fargo while living she couldn’t open one. I went home and called the trust department and they said that she was absolutely incorrect. I asked what I should do as my next step and they advised to go to a different branch. I called today, confirmed it’s doable and am going in to open the account. Overall, she didn’t want to do it so she told me no. Awful customer service. I am putting a very large amount into the account so to turn that down is beyond me. She was obviously being lazy and rude. I understand some days are rough and we just don’t want to do things however that’s unacceptable in my eyes when your job is in customer service.

I went to this location to do monthly cash advance - that I have done for the past 10 years at Wells Fargo branches. The woman teller stated that I would need two forms of ID in addition to my drivers license and debit card. I have never been asked to provide 2 forms of ID. So I told her to just run it through and see. She did. Shockingly enough, it didn’t go thru. So I said I would go to another Wells Fargo branch. So I did. The one just about 7 minutes away. And guess what: They didn’t ask for additional forms of ID and it all went thru. The Latina gal who “works” at this branch was a clearly either lazy, inept or has a grudge against people who don’t adhere to her personal policies and not those of Wells Fargo. Needless to say, I wouldn’t ever consider sending even my worst enemy to have to deal with her.

In general the service is very poor. Most of the folks I dealt with in this branch seem to have an attitude. I am usually there to send wire transfers which cost me $45. Yet they make difficult to make time to process the transfer, they ask questions about the money they should not ask, they discourage me from coming to the bank and bluntly ask me to do the wire myself. They don't seem to be customer centric. They never seem welcoming to the customer or try to make a genuine effort to help the customer. They need to educate and train their staff on code of conduct and customer centricity.

Giving them a 1 star because I can't give any less. Went to the ATM tried to pull out $1,000 in the process of giving me the cash the machine crashes and returns my card and gives me a receipt but no cash. The ATM never gave me my money so I went into the branch and they say sorry there's nothing I can do about it call the number on the back of your card and they'll credit you and we can redo the transaction. I spent 3 hours on the phone spoke to endless amount of supervisors there was nothing they can do to help me. Kept getting these exact word " sorry, but unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it please allow 2-10 business days to do an investigation and we'll update you then. So as of now I haven't heard from any one and Wells Fargo still has $1,000 of my money that they are investigating before giving it back. I'm losing out on a deal I was going to use that money for, I'm also out of that money until investigation is done plus I was hung up on by a supervisor after expressing my frustrations. I did not cuss at them but I did let them know how this isn't fair to me being the customer. I will be closing my account once this gets resolved. I should have known better these machines are always broken at this location too. I was just in a hurry and no one was at the ATM:

Terrible customer service!!!! I got 5 minutes late for my appointment to talk to a banker and there weren’t any bankers in there. I was expecting to be greeted a least by any employee and to be asked if I needed any help as they do on all the other branches I have been before but to my surprise the bank had only 2 tellers and that was it. Nobody seemed to care about me been there waiting for help. I waited for 14 minutes until one lady came to tell me that there weren’t any bankers working that day, that they tried to reach me over the phone. That person didn’t say if they were trying to tell me to not come and go somewhere else, the lady was about to leave for lunch or something and didn’t show any interest on helping me after I told her that I made the appointment to withdraw money from my CD account. That in all the other branches they wait for their clients for 10 minutes if they are late. She told me to wait in there for 1.5 hours more until she came back from her break and she was going to try to help me. It’s ridiculous that they treat people this way. I won’t be back to this place for sure.

This bank is the slowest I ever been to. Long line to the door and only 1 teller. I get it they might be short staff. But they need to have atleast 4 tellers because you never know when it's going to get busy and plus holidays are here.

3:53pm, 8 people in line 1 teller and no one is even acting like they care. A woman very nicely said they need more tellers. "We're sorry" thats it. Wells Fargo made $78 BILLION in profits last year. Been with wells for 15 years gonna look around now.
