Everytime I try to come to this pharmacy out of the convenience of location I always regret wasting my time here. There is no understanding of customer service and I would NOT recommend coming here if you're looking to get helped. They come across rude and negligent.

Worst stupid customer service by a Hispanic lady at the ice cream section, I went to get ice cream and told the lady the flavors I wanted, she ask cup or cone I told her cone but can you flip it over on a cup, she said I would have to put a lid on, I ask her why? She said you can't eat inside, I told her so what's the difference between me and the lady In front of me that just served her ice cream on a cone and eating it, I'm taking my to go. She repeated its covid policy. I completely understand it's covid not arguing that, but what was difference? She said you can't eat in here, I told her I'm not, my is to go, and the lady you serve in front of me you gave it to her in a cone and she was eating it in front of you. Stupid a** lady, how stupid can you be. I'm embarrassed of my Hispanic people like this. Worst rite aid

COVID-19 sucks! And my life sucked for 3 weeks I spent with COVID symptoms. I've seen many people with rarely any symptoms but not here. It was one of the worst time I had in 46 years of life I lived. I've gone to ER twice cause I couldn't breathe and my blood oxygen saturation dropped very low. The ER I went to didn't have pharmacy. So all the prescriptions given by ER, primary doctor (the laziest doctor in the world) and my niece who is a medical practitioner (gave me prescriptions my lazy doctor wouldn't) had to be filled at local pharmacy. But the problem was that both my wife and I was COVID positive. Since everyone around you treat you like you have a plague, I couldn't get anyone to pickup meds from pharmacy. Plus I didn't want to hassle people around me. And because I had 3 people giving me prescription at different time, I had to pickup each med at different time. Someone told me the Rite Aid offers free delivery for COVID patients. So I called Rite Aid pharmacy each time I received new prescription to get med. I mean not once but several times. I couldn't complain even if they got mad at me. Not once but every time I called with slow and barely understandable voice, they answered with such a care. After few weeks of quarantine, my wife and I were tested negative but I was still suffering from side effects. So my wife went to pickup meds. I heard they remembered me by name and asked my wife how I was doing. That's super sweet! Now I feel so much better and I owe so much to the pharmacy staffs at the Rite Aid. I'll call them soon and order pizza for them. The world is still a good place when you have people like the people at Rite Aid pharmacy.

The rite aid itself is fine, I've never really had a problem with it. However the pharmacy is FAR from fine. I've been there 5 times and I've been treated like garbage 5 times. That's literally EVERY TIME I've been there. What is up with Jeyeon Mun, the pharmacist? She's only ever been rude and condescending to me, every time. Is Rite Aid not able to get any other pharmacist or is she just incapable of any other professional adult? Only when I was visibly upset did she show even a MODICUM of respect as a FELLOW HUMAN BEING. I heard her and the assistant complaining about how MESSY the doctor's hand writing was for 20 whole minutes and not ONCE did the EVER call me back to as my any follow up questions. They had me waiting for 25 whole minutes before I decided to go back to the TOTALLY EMPTY pharmacy area and ask what the hold up was, as they had originally told me that it was going to be a 15 minute wait. How unprofessional is this pharmacy's staff?! I will revisit the Rite Aid but I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy EVER AGAIN. Even if I was dying and this pharmacy had the ONLY medication to save my life, I would rather choose to die a painful death than to come back here.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at this location. Rite Aid, please do better in hiring and training staff to be more mindful of your customers. This is the Rite Aid that I have been going to for several years. Not once did I have an issue shopping at this location. However, that all changed today. Rite Aid, what happened? What happened to hiring staff members that understand customer service. Since when did you start hiring workers who'd rather speak rudely towards a customer rather than try to comprehend what they are trying to say? Went in to print some photos and got overcharged. Asked an employee to help me out, and he started off by having an attitude. Moreover, he was talking as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to literally show him the price of what I was referring to. He must've realized he was in the wrong. He changed the price to the correct one, but failed to apologize for his rudeness. Oh, and as an added bonus he had a very annoyed facial expression the whole time. Oh, I'm sorry for knowing the prices of your photos better than you. Hey, to the rude employee, instead of being pissed off for not knowing what type of promotions your work place has why don't you make sure you are aware of them so you can actually help out the customers? Rite Aid, I highly suggest you avoid hiring characters like him if you want to keep your customers. It's those kind of employees I'd avoid hiring if I were running a business. I really wish I could have gotten his name. I usually let these things go, but this level of mediocre customer service is unacceptable. Today, you just lost yourself another customer. This will be that last time that I set foot inside this store. After all these years, all it took was one terrible employee. To the others reading this review, don't waste your time driving here, check out a different neighboring Rite Aid.

If you are purchasing here and not too sure if your purchase will work for you don't use Apple Pay. If you only have Apple Pay I suggest purchasing the item elsewhere. They can not do refunds back onto your Apple Pay so you will be stuck with your purchase is what the lady told me. According to her, they hardly process any returns which is why she may have acted a little irritated by mine. She told me they get maybe one return a year, which is very surprising! She was an older maybe Hispanic lady, may have been middle eastern. They must be the luckiest retail store in the world to only have one return per year? I don't shop there much since their prices are a bit high so I am not a habitual returner or anything like that. I hardly shop there. And my return was sealed in the original package, non perishable item. I am as surprised as you are!

I wish I would've seen the ice cream reviews prior to getting some. I waited five minutes to be helped, I had to walk over to the cashier to ask her if I could get someone to help me. I got the rainbow sherbet and wish I hadn't. There was barely any in the bin, she should've opened the new bin. Instead she gave me the saddest and smallest scope I have ever gotten at any Rite Aid.

WORST pharmacist ever. If you need to go to a pharmacy, please do not go here. Especially if a Korean lady with the last name "MUN" is in shift. They also DID NOT HAVE one of the prescriptions IN STOCK. The woman told me they only have the "stronger" ones. My dad just got discharged from the hospital, and still suffers terribly, so he needed his prescribed medicine right away. My mom and I already went to one pharmacy who told us that they didn't have our prescriptions in stock, and told us to go to rite aid (probably because there was a Korean speaker). We did, just to find out they ALSO didn't have one of our prescriptions, and that they could not give the medicine due to one of the pill count on the prescription paper looking like it was rewritten, which it DID NOT. Even the hospital I called told me that the pharmacist lady was being overly picky. I fully understand that pharmacists have the right to refuse, so that is not the problem. The problem is, she was EXTREMELY RUDE! It would have saved so much time if she had just refused service, but she KEPT on holding onto us. Also, I don't think she has even a tiny bit of empathy. She literally made us go all the way back home to bring dad's ID, and call the doctor and hospital and s**** just to KEEP REFUSING US. She said no one is going to accept our prescription. Finally, I just told her I will take back the prescription papers, and she looked and sounded pissed and said if I don't leave her the papers, she WILL NOT help me. I said ok and left. Not once did she try to help us, it was obvious she just wanted us to purchase from them. I ended up going to an another pharmacy who saved our lives, and ended up hating Rite Aid! Way to go.

I walked in this afternoon to buy ice cream and the rude Scooping ice cream girl "JESSICA" seemed mad because we were there trying to get ice cream. she gave us attitude When I asked her if I can try a certain ice cream flavor. Mind you there was nobody else waiting to get ice cream so I don't understand why she had to give me attitude. I will definitely never come back again to this Rite Aid. Jessica needs to learn how to be nice to her customers .

I just want to write this review because I actually had a very bad time with the service at this Rite Aid's Ice cream section. I was getting the thrifty ice cream , I was looking for the sherbet flavor and I didn't see it, I then seen a new tub of the sherbet at the bottom. I told the lady may I get some sherbet in a Cup please , she then goes idk if I can sell this sherbet to you since it's at the bottom. I'm thinking like what do you mean it's there for a reason , to get sold. She then asks a coworker which the coworker told her idk, she then gets it out with rude attitude , completely ignores me when trying to have conversation with her. She's clearly a rude employee, I forgot her name or else it would of been on here. As I was walking away I seen her roll her eyes at me. I will never come to this location again for thrifty ice cream
