This is the worst place to be in , their services are terrible. Danial is the lady who handles bookings, she’s the rudest person i have ever seen. She yells at the customers like shes a mad dog. Lady be respectful or-else one day your 2 star place will be having no customers. I have traveled a-lot but i have never been to a place like this. No management, no service, no respect, prices are high as hell. Don’t ever go there because of that lady.

Love this place! I stay here often! The couple at the front are so helpful and so sweet! Every room is so pretty and pink! Very clean, smells great! Comfortable bed. Chill area, safe, cool people.

Last minute decision to stay here and it was worth it. We came back to knotts to celebrate 25 years of being together and tried to find the original crescent inn which is now a Walgreens. We got a great deal on room 17, and it’s tucked in the back in a corner. No traffic noise and the room is big and clean. The staff is exceptional at customer service and walked us to our room. He made it extra special being so welcoming. This place is right on the corner of knotts and the walk is 5 minutes to the gate. Affordable, comfortable and quiet well worth it. The colony inn next door is bigger but westwagon inn was perfect in size and kept the noise down, less traffic in and out overall I would choose westward wagon over any other retro hotel in the area.

This is definitely a place to just hang your hat for a few days. The front desk agent was very nice. And it is waking distance to Knott's.

The staff very friendly, it's a better feeling than the big hotels, comfortable rooms pretty much quiet . Close to shopping, Knott's not a bad place to stay. We had a great stay! Thanks Wilma for your hospitality and your home cooking .

Love this Place. It's my home away from home. Staff and management are wonderful, friendly, and very caring. Love you guys Wilma, and DanielleRooms: Comfortable and cozy has fridge and a microwave. They are also pet friendly which is greatNearby activities: Knott's berry farm right across the street, including Soak City. The Buena park Mall just down the street maybe not even a mile away.

Not an establishment for kids. Website images misleading. It is run down, rooms smell like smoke and are filthy, many "guests" live onsite, no pool like it states. It is really close to Knott's but it is not a safe place for a family. DO NOT RENT.

5 stars for customer service. I didn't double check my check in date-I literally booked for the wrong weekend. My family and I show up to ask about early check-in, which they were willing to accommodate, when... we hear "your reservation is for next weekend. Danielle went out of her way to call the manager and helped us reschedule our reservation for today. She even personally called me to let us know our room was ready for early check in. She is so friendly and works very hard to make the hotel accommodating and family friendly. Thank you Danielle for saving our weekend trip!!

RECENTLY ALL ROOMS FRESHLY REDONE FRESH PAINT TILE AND BEDS LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION OWNERS ARE FAIR DOWN TO EARTH AND REAL GOT MONEY STAY YOU DONT THEN GO PLAIN AND SIMPLE I BEEN STAYING THERE FOR A FEW MONTHS AND SAW IT GO FROM TRASH ALL OVER THE LOT TO A VERY CLEAN FRESH GRASS AND FLOWERS UP FRONT TO A BEAUTIFUL GREEN GARDEN IN FRONT OF THE CORNER ROOMS I HAVE NO COMPLAINS BUT BE ALERT COME CHECK OUT TIME YOU BETTER HAVE MONEY IN HANDS

DO NOT STAY!!!! Worst place ever! I think some of their customers stay there regularly, and I mean like they live there ! Sounds like they have drug deals going on all night. They are loud and up all night! Beds are very uncomfortable and rooms smell like smoke. ( it is 1:41am and I’m writing this review as I’m here) I didn’t feel safe staying here. Car alarms going off and on . Pay the extra 60.00 at a different place. This place is ghetto and dirty. If you have children I would definitely not recommend it. Glad we’re just staying this night. THE WORST! If I could, I’d give it a negative star

Not a five star establishment but any means. I am still giving five stars for this place though.If you need to stay somewhere that understands sometimes people don't have perfect credit with millions of dollars in a savings account that has an ATM card in the guest's name to use for a deposit.Sometimes a small fee for a couple extra hours before checking out in the morning is a service that people can use; they get that here.The people here are fair and are willing to work with their guests if creative payment arrangements are needed. That doesn't mean they are willing to break the law or be taken advantage of.If you are in the area and need some where to stay, I finally recommend this place.
