This place needs to improve the way they treat customers. They accused us of spilling a few chips on the floor and then proceeded to threaten to call the cops and look at the camera feed to prove it. They then proceeded to harass us. As this continued I tried exploring was an accident but they refused to listen. Once they mentioned the police I said I would wait until they called the police and checked the feed but they then refused to do anything. They gave me the number to the owner and he continued the harassment. I hung up and he called back just to keep cussing. The workers where Robi and Mahabub.

I come in here often just before work to get some snackies and drinks, and they are always very nice to me. Store is also quite clean relative to other locations, so that's a big plus.

This place needs customer service training, don't they know that what counts in USA ? Robi's bad customer service is robbing off on other coworkers such as "kazi". They make you wait until they are eating and/or drinking, and if you win on scratches they either tell you they have no money or they make you wait until they take care of all customer that came in after you. Is there another way to tell you ..."YOU ARE NOT WELCOME THERE OR NOT APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER!?

Had a winner scratcher for $400, and this was the only 7-Eleven store (turned down by 4 others between NoHo and Burbank) that didn't send me away outright. I had to come back at 3pm and wait a few minutes (as I was not a paying customer), but I received my cash winnings.

I bought my first ever lotto ticket and filled it out carefully. I had missed a number and the guy at the register was so rude about it. I apologized and said I'd step aside and redo it. When I tried to pay my card got declined. I was super embarrassed that now on top of this guy literally laughing at me I had to call my bank and figure out what was going on. The bank had made a mistake on their end and hadn't activated my pin number. I returned to the 7 Eleven and these guys kept mocking and laughing at me. While I waited in line they pointed and laughed at me. I didn't say anything to them to be like this to me. They were so rude. I own a home nearby but I'll never go here and I'll be sure to tell everyone to avoid this place.

I bought a mega lotto ticket for the first time ever and had filled out one of my cards wrong. I apologized and offered to redo my ticket -no big deal in my end.. the guy at the register was laughing at me...I tried to look past it. I don't know what was funny but he was really relentless about treating me like I was stupid. Of course my luck that's when my card wasn't working and I needed to run in my car to call my bank. My bank messed up and didn't activate a pen for that card so I just pulled cash using another card. I didn't hold up the line I did this all on my own time and It was just a mix up. I came back to pay. This guy was laughing at me and even told his coworker literally pointing at me while I was in line. I'm actually in tears the whole experience was so mean. I asked if everything was ok? He didn't respond. I didn't want to hold up the line otherwise I'd ask why he was acting this way. Who does that? I own a home nearby but I'll be avoiding this place. For the lotto go to the CVS next door-its way nicer and has air conditioning.

This place sucks and the clerks are assholes. There are plenty of other 7-11s that will treat you better.

My client was injured at this store and suffered a fractured foot. This store continues to ignore our client who is accruing medical bills. Is this how 7-Eleven Corporation operates?

Imagine my discomfort when the stock guy is having a conversation in Spanish about oral sex in the middle of the store at 5:30am. They see me (a woman) the. Continue with their conversation about oral sex and good digging women. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!

This 7-11 is now owned by the same people who own the 7-11 at 265 W. Olive. Since the takeover, the store has gone downhill: they're not very Covid-19 compliant, people in the store eating without a mask, a lot of times the clerks, themselves, are not wearing a mask. The place is filthy with new ownership and as a result of this I slipped and fell due to a puddle of water on the floor. Their response to my fall was less than lackluster. It's been suggested that I contact an attorney since they'd be found negligent & it's on video, but I think the health department is more appropo (I have photos). There are other 7-11s the hose down their parking lot and power wash the walkway. Lastly, they come to the counter when they feel like it even if it means you're standing there a long time. I went in last night about 8pm and there were 3 men; I was the only one at the counter. I told my clerk what I wanted. At the same time the other clerk brought a customer up and then my clerk told me the other clerk would help me (after he took someone up who came in after me). I waited a long time and ended up leaving with nothing. Apparently my fall and my business is a joke to them.
