Today is the 5th time I come to this store and The Latino gentleman at the counter seems like he is racist or discriminates Hispanic people the times I been to the store there’s always white people In front of me and he is always talking to them and laughing,, and when is my turn or to anyone other than white people I always tell him hi and how much is it and also to have a good night and he just stares at me and stays quiet like if Im trash lol he doesn’t know I been living in Burbank and I actually live one block down the street and also own a business like 5 minutes away …. Employees like this around town makes me sad to be around I feel bad for the owners of this store …..Burbank is always surrounded by nice, respectful and amazing people …

Their ice machine has been broken for over 2 months, meaning the fountain soda dispenses at room temperature. Disgusting.

Needed some coffee, so i stopped by real quick and it tasted pretty old. Granted it was affordable so I guess you get what you pay for. Also, if was pretty busy so I figured they'd have it on rotation with fresh batches coming out. Tons of snacks though if you're in the mood

I’m only writing this in hopes that the owner will read this, and check on his credit debit card reader. The one that is currently there under this date looks to be a scamming reader. I know the owner is a great guy, I just don’t want my self or public getting our card numbers be taken.

Clean and usually friendly. Avoid early morning visits as employee is extremely confrontational. *Disabled parking spot used by non disabled employee with owners permission.

Tried to charge me for a taquito I didn't purchase. I grabbed a paper bag that's designated to put the taquitos in but I changed my mind and put the paper bag back. The lady at the register assumed that I grabbed the taquito but I DIDN'T. So she tried to charge me. Good thing I caught it. I only noticed the charge because I wondered why my drink cost almost $5 when it should only be $2. This was 11/12/21 at 1:50 Pm Be careful when you go here. You might be charged for things that you don't even have.

There are new employees in the store that seem to be well trained. The female employee is 100 times more courteous and more professional than the last one that was there.

Horrible service. The manager is a angry man. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this 7-11. Extremely unprofessional and rude employees.

If I could give no stars I would but that's not an option and neither was getting a slurpee from this place. My girlfriend, son, and I were Instantly racially profiled. We went in asking to get a small slurpy she said she didn't have small so we asked for the smallest size she had there seemed to be a language barrier we tried to explain but she quickly seemed to get annoyed and asked for us to pay previous to shopping. Which makes no sense. I asked why we had to pay before we finished shopping and she just had a rude attitude and said "that's how it was done here" in a very rude tone. Don't let her small size fool you she is a very rude little lady. Will definitely not ever be coming back to this 7-Eleven.

HORRIBLE customer service, racist man work inside of 7 eleven. I purchased some items paid for my items. Waited for my receipt. The man raised his voice at me telling me " you don't get a receipt unless you ask for "YOUR RECEIPT ". THE man was rude to me. Never again will i spend my money there.

On October 26, 2019 Saturday 8:00 A.M., I went to 7-Eleven & there's a short Mexican lady working. She has a NASTY ATTITUDE, lacks Social Skills, & can't speak any English. I asked her for 2 slices of pizza, she served them to me both upside down w/ the pepperoni & cheese falling off of it. And she stuffed both slices into a paper pizza container that was meant for one. I asked her to please put the other slice of pizza in another paper container because it's for someone else. She rolled her eyes & with her Nasty Attitude she says to me "I's paper the pizza" I'm like what did she just say?? (she can't speak English). I bought about 8 items & she gave the guy before me a bag who only bought 2 things but didn't even ask if I'd like a bag. Just remember 7-Eleven does have great deals but if you "want your toppings on your pizza" without NON ENGLISH SPEAKING NASTY ATTITUDES. Go down the street, a minute away to the other 7-Eleven at 200 & 2000 N. Hollywood Way. They have nicer employees that have OUTSTANDING SMILES AND SERVICE.

walked about a mile to go there because they sell UBER gift cards, which indeed they did have. However, the man at the register refused to ring it up and said “the system is down†when I know (I worked at Circle K) there is no “system†..you just scan or swipe the card and it prints out an activation code. It was not busy, and I tried to explain to him all you have to do is scan it and follow the prompts.. but he wouldn't even try it. I notified Uber also, so they are aware they are losing sales.
