I had recently had the flywheel of my Ford supposedly replaced at a local shop, but was still making a loud noise, so I decided to take it to AAMCO in Burbank. Glen explained that the flywheel had not been replaced, gave me a fair quote to replace it, and had it done in less than 2 days. I am very pleased!

Cheerful, friendly service with reasonable pricing and quality work! Open communication throughout.
Online appointment scheduling works well: I made an appointment for Monday morning in the wee hours of Saturday morning, and it was confirmed by that afternoon.

The guys here are fantastic. Although I wasn't able to get my car fixed they did everything to make sure I had all the information and even went as far as to put oil in my car after the diagnostic. Thank you AAMCO for your honesty and service!

I officially a lifelong custoam mer. Glenn and Neil and the whole team are an absolute dream. Communicative, friendly, and great mechanics. I've been there twice now, once with an issue that no one could figure out that I was sure would cost me an arm and a leg, and they identified the problem and fixed it for a song. The second time I could not get my security horn to stop blaring, I drove it down Hollywood Blvd (much to the horror of everyone I passed) and called Glenn in a panic. He fixed the problem in 30 seconds... my knight in shining armor. Putting AAMCO in Burbank on speed dial!

I went there with a transmission down shifting really quickly when I was breaking on the freeway, took it to this place very happy all nice, I spent over $1,400 to fix a computer part, got it home next morning transmission fluid all over my drive way, I didn’t go there with a leak but someone did something wrong over there and couldn’t be honest enough to own up to it, after three more times to fix it, it hasn’t been the same since, this place is a joke especially the owner telling me we are done with you and your truck. I highly recommend you avoid this place, there ok taking your money but Amcco is now franchised and I always used amcco,but I didn’t know this until they told me where done don’t come back

Glenn and his team helped me out tremendously and never got the feeling I was being overcharged or given misinformation. Better to go to these pros then take a chance on someone who might charge little for a mickey mouse job.

I had the pleasure of working with Glenn and Neil. Both very personable, clear communicators, and patient listeners.Their reviews and accomplishments speak for themselves and I knew they would diligently work to fix my RAV4.Despite the hassle and frustration of car trouble, I let Glenn know I wanted to be his best customer.Taken back by this, he told me that often folks let their frustrations boil over and end up not being the nicest.They were clear about the time it takes to dismantle and rebuild the transmission for an AWD, the warranty, and what to expect afterwards.They texted several times in the process to keep in the loop.Pick up all was good, and they advised no long road trip for about a week as the system learns and adjusts..Unfortunately after about 200miles I heard what sounded like a metal trashcan dragging under my car. Lucky for me I was in a safe residential area. Not feeling like the vehicle could make it back to the shop safely I reached out to Glenn. He booked a tow for my car to the shop, at no cost to me. It is rare for things to break so soon after being fixed but it happens occasionally. They put my car on high priority and a few days later they had done a 2nd rebuild.Though I was calm and grateful upon pick up, Neil extended an honest apology for the hassle and reminded me they had my back to keep my safe on the road.I don't expect i will need my transmission to be worked on again anytime soon, YET I know I am in good honest hands when that time comes, whether or not it is still under warranty.

Glenn is the best! He serviced my 2009 Toyota Camry that had been shaking badly I felt like the engine was about to fall out and had a knocking sound when ever I made a turn. Glenn fixed all that! Great job Glenn !

With most auto shops, I’m usually on high alert for scams, but this shop literally waived all labor fees just to ensure my satisfaction after a diagnosis came up with insignificant problems. They prioritize fair business and customer well being, and can definitely be trusted!
