I ordered a motor for my Konica Minolta and they sent me the wrong motor I emailed them and they said no returns almost everybody takes returns when they send out the wrong part go somewhere else for your business

I rely on ARC Services more and more for their excellence in service and experience. It is easier to maintain my out-of-contract machines knowing that I can ask a question regarding a service issue and I get an intelligent response based on experience. I have probably saved thousands of dollars since I started working with this company. Thank you.

We placed an order for some Konica Minolta parts that they noted was in stock and we never received an order confirmation or tracking on the order. When we called in to ask if the item had been shipped, they notified us that it was backordered and not in stock and they would ship it out on Thursday (set to arrive to us by Friday). The item never arrived on Friday and they made no effort to notify us and claimed that it was still backordered when we called in.We made multiple calls and allowed them time and options to resolve this for us and their response was "what do you want me to do".This company is dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's not acceptable to list something as in-stock when you clearly know it's not in stock (it looks like they order these parts when they receive an order for it and don't actually keep stock).

My company has purchased copier and printer toner from ARC for over ten years. We buy OEM Konica Minolta, OCE and Imagistics toners on a weekly basis and could not be happier with the pricing, availability and customer service. We also purchased a refurbished Konica Minolta Bizhub 283 floor model copier from ARC. Although we have used this machine daily for over five years it has never been down. Great company, nice people, can't recommend them highly enough.

This company contracted with my business to ship a copier accessory from their location in Burbank CA to Phoenix AZ.
When I went to pick up the equipment, it was at 5754 Willow Crest Ave North Hollywood CA. If you do google maps, it is on the corner of Willow Crest and Hatteras st. It is a residential area but on the corner you will see a fenced in and boarded up abandoned looking building. That is Arc Services. They have some beat up used equipment inside, yes. But the place is such a dive people dont even work there.
After some time we did get the equipment and delivered it the next day to their client. That was in March 2014. Well its now November 2014 and they still have not paid. They do not answer phone calls or emails. In looking back and at the whole set up, its pretty clear they never did intend to pay. I think they just ran a scam on me.
If you are considering doing business with this company, think again. You have been warned.
