ARCO of Burbank is a gas station that offers quality TOP TIERâ„¢ fuel, often with reasonable prices and a sign boasting the cheapest gas in Burbank, though this is not always true. Customers note there is a fee for using a debit card. The experience at this location varies significantly between day and night shifts. Many reviews highlight warm, friendly, and excellent service during the day, describing the atmosphere as a welcoming community thanks to kind and amazing employees who are helpful and create nice experiences. Specific mentions include great morning staff, a fantastic coffee machine, and wonderful hot chocolate in the winter. However, the night shift receives strong criticism for rude, inconsiderate, and poor customer service, with reports of an employee being on a cell phone and speaking to customers in a disrespectful way. Several customers express disappointment and advise doing business only in the daytime. There are also frustrations with the pumps, as many have issues reading chips or accepting digital payments from phones, forcing customers to insert the card despite the pumps appearing modern. The location is considered good, but inconsistent service and technical problems affect the overall experience.
Price on this app does not match the price on their sign by more then 10 cents. And they have cash and card prices

NFC payment consistently does not work making it dangerous to use a debit card. Windshield wash solution is consistently empty. Cars are typically parked in the no parking area making it impossible to get by if pumps are full. Although the gas price is usually good, they seem to phone it in.
