By far the worst bank ever. Too many hands in your pocket with interest added to loans. Discriminatory loans in housing, lost a good deal on a home.Loan protection basically is charged but when you need it is a 6 month or more fight and they let your loans go in default. I 2as way over charged interest on my auto loans. too. one employee almost gave me a heart attack she was so nasty on they phone I almost went to the hospital! They are extremely discriminatory ....They even did something that hurt my job..

I've been with Partners FCU for over 20 years, since I was hired by Disney, and have remained with them even after departing for a new job. They've always been incredibly helpful and professional and always have appeared on the up-n-up when discussing terms for loans, etc.Todays the first time I've been INSIDE a bank in probably 6 years and it feels so weird, but even in an ever-increasing online world, sometimes you've gotta stop by in person for security reasons. No matter what, they'll treat you right!

THE WORST! DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM. Wow - just wow. Unprofessional, terrible communication and awful customer service. Do not expect "Disney" customer service from them, because you won't get it. The people in the branch are WONDERFUL; I'm specifically speaking to their loan departments. Awful experience.

BEWARE! YOU CAN GET UNLIMITED NSF FEES OF 29.00 WITH PARTNERS! They won't help you at all dispute anything. You have to fill out a paper for them too. I got charged from the same company 6 times in two days 29.00 of NSF FEES. Do the math! Over 200 dollars of fees. For them to say oh well contact the company charging you. Even though I have! And they won't stop! And my own bank won't help either! Plus the charge like 6 or 5 random cents everyday!!!! And they don't update your checking account amount instantly. So on the weekend you overspend and Monday it updates! And you're negative. Just stay away. This is like ran by senior citizens who won't help you.

On one hand I worked with Kimberly to redo a loan and she was efficient fast and brilliant. On the other hand we tried to transfer some of that money from my account into the loan's co-signer account at the same bank and branch but was told the government only allows $5k to be transferred which is absolutely ludicrous. Thanks Drew. They really think we are that stupid. They simply make it really really difficult for you to have access to YOUR money so they get to continue to use it. What a joke. They said you have to come in in person. Liars. What is the point of having money in the bank if you cannot access it. Bear in mind we had all of the credentials necessary. Don't bank here.

I'm giving 1 star because I cannot give less. This bank deliver a very basic service and the employees are trained only for the current and very simple operations. They never smile, they never have answers to my questions. The credit card often doesn't work. International wares are not allowed and have someone on the phone is almost impossible. They are closed on Saturday, so if you work Monday to Friday, just don't open an account there. I don't close my account only because I don't want to loose the seniority on my credit score. It's really bad.

I purchased a car through Autoland in January. The process was easy - both buying and selling our 2 used cars. However, I was very disappointed in the sales price which turned out to be higher than the MSRP which came in the packet they gave me after the sale. Even more disappointing is the recent letter received from the LA Police Department. It was an Investigative Report about damage to one of the cars we traded in. This would indicate that we had not been removed from the title. So disappointed in this company.

took delivery of my 2016 Dodge Charger R/T back in September 2019 and I must say this was the first car buying experience I've ever went through... very friendly and helping finding the vehicle I'm looking for and I must say I am very happy how everything turned out and I absolutely love my car... I definitely put in the recommendation...

Great service. Everything was easy since I knew exactly what I wanted. They even helped me sell my old car.

This is a pretty new branch as far as I know... and MY GOODNESS, I haven't actually stepped foot into a branch in YEARS! The woman helping me asked me "When was the last time you've visited a branch?" I couldn't even remember. I'm telling you! It's a nice feeling to be helped by an actual person, who is willing and eager to answer your questions and help you through the process of being there. Sign in on the iPad for special banking services, otherwise walk right through to the queue (which is short usually).

Honestly can't recommend getting a loan here. The interest rates are very competitive, but the customer service is very disorganized. Countless issues including having to come back in several times for errors by employees, my wife was even instructed to sign someone else's title. When we were setting up the loan the office would say we did everything, then I'd get a call from corporate saying we need to submit forms we already did...then When I call back they would say "oh just kidding, you did submit it" (this happened more than once). The latest instance just put the icing on the cake: we setup auto pay over the phone for our loan. 2 months later corporate called and said we were behind on payments (to our surprise). We explained that we set them up over the phone with an employee. They seemed confused and let us know that's not the process. So we went into this branch, filled out all the paper work and asked "is this everything we need to get the payments on auto pay"? We were told it was. Fast forward to today, we received a letter in the mail saying a piece of the process was rejected and and auto pay is still not set up. This whole thing has been one of the weirdest/worst experiences I've ever had with a financial institution. Every other service I have let you setup auto-pay online, Partners' website is from 2001 and doesn't have these "modern" capabilities. Run. Go to Bank Of America or anywhere.

After 35 years of being a loyal Partners Federal Credit Union member, unfortunately today, I had to part ways as the customer service is extremely horrible! "Customer service" agent Cindy - was the WORST person I have dealt with ever at Partners FCU - falsely accusing of me of something that was not happening on my account, not explaining what was happening with my accounts in detail, would not transfer me to her manager to explain what was happening (after demanding twice to speak with a manager) with my accounts and to top it off wouldn't even give me any employee number or name to reference. Thankfully I wrote down CINDY's name when the first agent transferred me on the phone or I would have no idea who I was speaking with. I would chose any other banking institution other than Partners FCU. This use to be a family run company with compassion and care as Vista Federal credit union however now that it has changed to Partners FCU - it has just gone down hill with being unhelpful and rude plus not even having a good interest rate for their "cast members". If you are a Disney employee, affiliate or family member - I strongly urge you to bank elsewhere. This credit union left me stranded in another country while on vacation with $500 to my name (max allowance you can take out in one day at an ATM) and I will never forget it or forgive them. I have had many accounts with them in the last 35 years and so has my entire family however today I have closed all of them. It is extremely sad to see what an amazing credit union use to look like but with employees such as CINDY and managers that approve this behavior or even encourage poor customer service towards their clients is inexcusable and I will never put my money in their hands again. Please beware as a consumer and as a hard working employee about where your money should be held and it shouldn't be with Partner Federal credit union

Aaron was kind and VERY PATIENT with all my worries and questions. A couple phone calls and a few days later, I have a new car sitting in my garage tonight. My second time with Autoland at the credit union. Always quick and hassle free.
