I have lived in Burbank for over 20 years, and this store in particular has had some of the greatest employees who really care about their customers. I'm gonna give you an example from yesterday, I went to AutoZone because my 1999 F150, which is my workhorse, showed a Service engine light. As soon as I walk through the store, an employee by the name of Dan H. Immediately went outside with me and checked the code using one of his OBD scanners. Dan gave me a couple of options, suggested I rule out any issues one by one involving a misfire of cylinder number five. I'm no mechanic, but I have been good with my hands. Out of abundance of caution I went down the street to Pep Boys, who charged me $100 to do a diagnostic. After the diagnostic, Pep Boys called me back within a couple of hours and quoted me $1600 to do all kinds of unnecessary repairs. I went back to AutoZone and took Dan's suggestion by replacing only a spark plug, which was worth seven dollars. Lo and behold, my problem went away. Dan has been an awesome employee who really cared about my situation. Today I went into the store just to say thank you. I also called his manager to make sure he recognized him. Moral of the story is, if you're ever at this Burbank store, go see Dan. What a great guy. Thank you again.

Kendall the store manager is the man! I needed help with something minor and he provided the help I needed to fix the problem. And even let me borrow some tools so I could get it done myself. Super fly guy!

Never had an issue coming here before. Waited patiently and had everyone in line go in front of me. Asked nicely if they could please check the health of my battery. First worker said he can't because he's clocking out soon. Second worker gave attitude and said that they don't want to touch my battery because "it could be under warranty." I said I don't think my car is under any warranty. My car is 4+ years old and I told him that. And he said that I should call. Call who? Idk I left because he clearly didn't want to help. I think they didn't want to help me because I'm a young woman. Sucks because my mom told me to go over there and bring cash to tip them too...

They are amazing and so helpful. My battery died the other day, triple a did not have one for my prius, the dealer would be so expensive and I needed not only the. battery but it put in my car because I needed to work. They took a look at the car, made sure they could install it and my car is driving great. Plus they were kind enough to give me as many discounts as they could, think they thought I was stressed. They were so nice and made me feel at ease and so professional. Thank you guys.

I went to this auto zone in Burbank this is my second time going there personal are very nice , but , and this time person name Miguel. Came and help me which I got amazed, even I thought it’s impossible , he patiently and so kindly , solved my problem and even fix in the system so I won’t have problems in future , thanks Miguel .

These employees here are cheating the customer I went there to buy a new battery and they sold me a used one and coupled weeks battery was I dead went see a mechanic and he said the alternator was working good he said that the battery was the problem so I went back to this Autozone location I asked them to give me a new one and they refused to give me a replacement so they recharged it and and battery was dead again I am planning to go and asked por a replacement again if they don’t do that I am really thinking to file a complaint against them.

Dec 20th 2023 at 1015a. Guy at counter dressed in all black, chains and earrings and baseball cap seemed to be very upset and irritated that he was working. Couldn't be bothered with simple q and a regarding a vehicle part. Rude and uncomfortable. Just kept repeating the price and then pretended he answered my question. Sorry you're having a bad day, don't take it out on local customers who will go elsewhere because of your attitude.

This location has the nicest employees. We came in and there were three employees that were so helpful. They helped choose the right windshield wipers for my son‘s girlfriend’s car. And they installed them. Wonderful had a five star experience at this location very personable people. I will be back I own two high profile vehicles and I’m definitely coming back to this location. It is so wonderful when you can walk into a store and people say hello. And then they came around the counter and helped us pick out the right ones out of hundreds. we need more people like these to do good deed work of putting windshield wipers on because they’re sometimes a little complicated like my son’s girlfriends were again I highly recommend this place and I will be back tomorrow because I need some parts for my 90 suburban and my 2003 Ford F250 Triton V 10.great place

The team here is great and knowledgeable, especially the employee who assisted me with my battery issue, I'm sorry I didn't get your name! He was very helpful and noticed something that I didn't realize - he went above and beyond to make sure I got the battery I needed. Thank you!

Went in there and some of the kids working there were kind of dismissive. But Noe, I think he was the manager, really came through and helped me out. Big shout out to him!

If you want quality service visit this auto zone. You will not regret it. My car battery died while I was running errands. I managed to get it started and ran to Auto Zone to get the battery checked. Noe assisted me and he was THE MOST WONDERFUL assistance! He checked my battery warranty then he taught me how to switch out my battery so that I could do it in the future. Now my car is up and working and it didn’t cost me a dime (my battery was under warranty). Best service ever.

Just went in the store and asked to be attended for the ignition coil for my 2004 Lincoln car, the cashier was rude and interrupted me when I was asking. He then proceeded to check and rudely tell me that there is none and no such thing existed. That the thing I was looking for isn’t an actual thing and proceeded to flip the computer to show me it wasn’t in their system. Obviously after that I promptly left and I went somewhere else and they did carry the item I was looking for. Very disappointed on how I was attended.
