There is no telephone number for customer service is hard to contact the department and the telephone they have. It’s already disconnected. Something is wrong with this business.!!!!

Worst customer service ever! They make you pay to get customer support and speak with an agent. Avid could learn a lot from Apple's customer service and Logic, which is a superior product, compared to Pro Tools.

I went there to get specific answers to my questions. Due to the lateness of my arrival, I had made up my mind to find their office, so I could return during the day. To my surprise, a worker came out of their office, and spoke with me long enough to get the information I was seeking.
