Terrible customer service.I was at the bank today at 2:00 p.m. I need to deposit quarters that were already ROLLES UP, I made their work easy, but the teller ( unfortunately, I do not have her name, but it was Hispanic female between 25 to 35 years old, firts window from the left) refused to take it, stating that it would take more than 30 minutes. I repeated three times that the quartes were already ready, and it wouldn't take a long time.There was a line, but they are regular customers, as I am. I patiently waited 15 minutes until my turn came. They forced me to leave.I called customer service and made sure that they did not have the right to refuse to take the money and deposit it. The manager, named Sara, forced me to go to another location.I already filled out a complaint and will follow up as long as it takes.P.SIt took less than 5 minutes for the teller from another location to take and deposit the money

This bank has great service and easy parking. The tellers are nice and informative. The line moves fast and they are accommodating to their customers.

This Bank of America SUCKS. The workers here are very rude and unprofessional. I have been coming here once a month to get change and today the workers all looked at me and rolled their eyes saying no we cannot do it for you go somewhere else. You guys really need to improve on your managment and hire some better employees.

Friday, March 24 around 12:30pm i went in to cash one client's checks. the guy that has been working there 5 years made me feel like i was lying and making things up. i have never been charged $8 to cash checks that were each under $50. like i said Check Your Policy. he told me the manager wasn't in. they never even logged on to my client's account to see that there is no charge to me. funny thing... all the other BofA's take my checks with no problem... and with a smile. unlike here. so like i said, dude, check your policies because you look stupid working there 5yrs not knowing what the heck you're doing. just wasting people's time. this bank location has lazy employees.

The ONLY reason I am rating this branch 5 stars is because of the CURRENT branch manager Sana. Bank of America is sooo lucky to have someone so caring and sweet. She is respectful, knowledgeable, and super professional. She was super helpful unlike the previous manager "Samantha Brady". I had horrible experience with Samantha who is unprofessional and rude. Not even sure how/why someone so incompetent and disgustingly rude was ever promoted as "Manager". Anyways, the current manager is the best! Also the Regional Manager Anita was super helpful and sweet. If it wasn't for Sana, I would have left a negative review. Thank you Sana and Anita for all your help!! Much appreciated!

I went in to do a simple cash withdrawal that was higher than what the ATM could provide. There are three teller windows and the line was going outside the door. They only had one teller working and when I approached the manger and asked if he could put more tellers on, his answer was abrupt and not concerned. I had limited time and I think it's unacceptable to not respect your customers time especially when you have the staff to address the issue. The staff didn't seem to care about the long line and that it took me 25 minutes to complete a 2 minute withdrawal. Terrible branch. Also nobody EVER answers the phone at this location.

Multi billion dollar bank. Only has one teller ever working everytime I go in with 4 managers standing around if they can help, long lines, closes early, charges monthly fees to bank with them.

The week of 9/12/22 absolutely NO tellers were at this branch as the only ONE that works there was on vacation. A customer is expected to use electronic devices left out on a table to conduct their business with the bank. There is no one to take personal responsibility for the bank's business. No human to speak with. There was one person who was showing customers how to use the electronic equipment. That is all. This is an unacceptably low level of customer service!!!

The ATM took my 77$ cash deposit and didn’t even bother depositing it OR giving it back, seriously we’re in 2022. Faulty equipment for a corporation/BANK in this day and age is embarrassing.UPDATE: after contacting customer service, they deposited the full money and the lady was very kind. Much appreciated

The worst bank ever, where do you see that theres 10 people in line and they have 1 slow teller wait 25 min to make a deposit. Just ridiculous. This should not be acceptable ever.

I went to reinstate a dormant account and they wouldn’t take my deposit. I had to call another department who told me to make a withdrawal or deposit, which I informed her they refused to do. Now I’m waiting 3-5 business days for something that should have taken 5 minutes. Granted it’s my fault it’s dormant but the failure to know their job is not. The window clerk even asked a manager what to do. Fortunately the reason I needed this particular account is no longer necessary and as soon as it’s active again I will be closing it.

Easy parking, 2 ATMs, but the staff inside is enough to make me leave BoA all together. They stare at the line, knowingly move slow, and don't attempt to get things moving at all. It happens every week when I go in. And there's multiple people behind the counter ignoring the phones and not helping with the line. They are more concerned about people signing up for accounts then Customer Service.
