Customer service is terrible, they refuse to help or answer any questions regarding my reservation. Hung up on me 3 times and incredibly rude telling me I’m wrong the whole time and talking over me.

It's I can give give zero stars I would,The owners of this establishment is horrendous and he should be ashamed of themselves! They are so unprofessional and disrespectful! They have ran off every customer they have, that's why there parking lot is empty! Very unpleasant people and they go to bed early so if u want towels, toilet paper ect... Your out of luck! The better business bureau needs to come investigate them! that's how bad my experience at this terrible hotel is! He screamed at the top of his lungs at me all because I was 15 minutes late leaving! How dare you treat your guest like that!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Do not come here. My boyfriend and I were simply looking for a hotel room to book so we call Burbank Inn & Suites asking if there are rooms available and were then told by an Indian man that there were. But, instead of getting greeted with welcoming service and an available room as we were told over the phone, we were profiled. The bitchy Indian man at the counter believed that we were there to steal, and thus refused service. Being respectful paying customers to every business, we were absolutely shocked and enraged being faced with hostility, mistreatment, and very unjustified accusations. No wonder the parking lot was empty when we arrived on Labor Day Weekend. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The Burbank Inn & Suites is mom and pop owned and what I consider a steady performer.After being delayed by traffic and arriving 1:30am at Extended Stay America, I was shocked to find out they had cancelled my reservation and they were unable to rebook my reservation due to their “system” not allowing them to. I called all the neighboring big branch hotels and all were either sold out or 300+ dollars.The Burbank Inn & Suites was my savior last night as they were able to take us in without price gouge. The room and the sheets were clean and I felt comfortable staying in the room. Thank you again!!Rooms: Rooms were clean.

Horrible experience. I had two employees stay at this hotel. One employee convinced the front desk to give him a key to the other employee's room. He entered the room while the employee was sleeping and took money. Needless to say, shame on the employee. My question is why in the world would the front desk give someone a door key if they are not staying in the room. VERY NEGLIGENT. Also, supposedly the two rooms were missing a soap dish each and I was charged 30 dollars for two soap dishes.

Everything was fine but for the price. So expensive for the quality. Yes it's safe and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. But was worth nothing more than 100 dollars and we were charged 250!

Did not even get to stay here, as soon as we approached receptionist she was very rude and had an attitude and she did not even great us. She claimed we had more that 4 people and said we couldn’t stay there. We did not want to stay there we felt very uncomfortable. Manager refused to give us a refund.

The staff member on the phone was extremely rude! I asked about availability and the late check out policy. She got very huffy and told me to stay at a different hotel and hung up on me.

Do not ever book here. No cars in the parking lot should have been a dead giveaway. They only use Expedia, no web site or phone bookings. Room had bugs in the bed. I went to the glass window, that's right, no lobby, a window like crap hotels use. Second room also had bugs. They tried giving me a partial refund. Good thing I looked at the print out. So, at midnite I was looking for a hotel! Luckily I found Springhill Suites.
