Highly recommend this store. Carlos the manager was so nice. Patient. Answered all our questions. Put together a great package for a bedroom set and brought it in on budget for us. We did a lot of shopping around online and the prices are great for solid wood furniture of this quality and craftsmanship. Definitely worth checking out.

Over the past 25 years, I have purchased unfinished solid wood armoires (2), nightstands (2), a desk, a microwave cart from Unfinished Furniture Mart in Lomita. Sadly, when I went there seeking chest of drawers, it appears that this store no longer stocks furniture on-site. And so, in searching for another unfinished furniture store, I found Burbank Unpainted Furniture. This store is setup just like my original Lomita store, with a great selection of on-site stocked furniture. My wife and I browsed the aisles stacked with well crafted pieces .. and honed in on two chest of drawers .. and, we got a great price. We've known about this location for quite some time but took a while to go a really dive into the process of finding furniture for a bedroom. Carlos was indispensable with helping us not only find what we needed, but being able to custom tailor each piece of furniture to fit the room perfectly. We couldn't have done it him and we are thrilled with the results. Perfect place to get exactly what you're looking for at a reasonable price.

There is a good variety of unpainted furniture in the showroom to look at and a lot more can be ordered. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We are thrilled with the service we received and with the results we got. Carlos Arandia guided us through the process every step of the way.... answered every question we had (and we had a lot)..... and delivered a perfect set of kitchen table and chairs to our home. We could have purchased "finished" furniture for less, but it would never have looked as good as the furniture we got with the custom paint and finishes. My wife and I recommend this business without any hesitation.

I came to Burbank furniture 4 years in a row to get the cheer stools for the girl at La Canada High School. They were always friendly and accommodating. They do not charge tax since it is for a school. Good customer service - when I needed a couple schools cut down to size they did it for me.

Great quality and service. Staff are very helpful. They have a lovely selection and can send things to a friend finisher if you don't want to do it yourself.

Avoid this place. I went there wanting to shop local, bought an unpainted furniture item and came back a few days later to buy a second matching one. The guy said they would have to order it and that the delivery would take almost a MONTH. Ended up finding the exact same brand item online for $100 less than their price, with free 2-day shipping. Tried to return the first one, but their return period is only 4 days, (which they extend to 7 days under some circumstances.) So I'm stuck with the overpriced thing. Really bad business.

This place is pretty cool. They have lot of really nice pieces and they are willing to custom make a piece if you need something larger or smaller. I haven't purchased anything here yet but I think I will be in the near future.
