Outstanding service! I'm truly impressed by the professionalism of the team here. Unfortunately, someone damaged my bumper and headlight on my new car. Jose went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of, providing genuine parts and keeping me consistently updated. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to care for their car, whether with or without insurance.

Excellent work on the repair and the personal is very courteous and will explain anything that is needed.They peomise that the car will be ready and expecific day and 90 % off the time is done.The other 10% could be due to that they found more damage when they start working on it or the wrong part was send by parts provider.

I highly recommend this repair shop in Burbank on Lake Street. Grace was an amazing & knowledgable person to handle our Claim w/Insurance & Alex Guzman made it a very smooth from start to finish with all the repairs! And as promised it was done right on time!

From day one, I knew I was in good hands. Sassoon was incredibly calming and talked me through everything, as well as made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond, and my car looked far better than it did even pre-accident. His attention to detail and care was amazing. I can’t even explain how grateful I am. Everyone I interacted with here was very kind and made it as easy on me as possible. I’d recommend this place a million times! I think this is the first review I’ve ever posted, but I felt strongly enough about my experience that I wanted to share it.

My brand new car was side swiped after only having it for three months. I was so anxious and Mike made me feel like I was in great hands and I was. I had a great experience from start to finish. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and the car looks brand new again. They were even able to get it back to me a day early. I was so happy that they were able to help me get back into my car within a week! I highly recommend them.Services: Painting

Second time that I fix my car here and they are simply great! I got hit and my bumper was damaged - the other party agreed for me to go through insurance and pick the collision center I wanted. The whole process was flawless, communication was great and the personnel is very friendly and accommodating. Most importantly they over delivered - I dropped my car on a Monday am and was told to pick it up on Friday pm but on Wednesday it was already done! They still kept my car until Thursday because it was more convenient for me and they moved my child car seat back and forth. So nice of them. When I picked up the car it looked brand new - they gave it a car wash for me to find it in amazing conditions. Highly recommended!!!
