I went to CarMax to check out a car that I wanted to test drive, as well as have my current car appraised for trade in. I worked with Karla and the experience was, hands down, the most unprofessional I’ve had in my life. When taking the car for a test drive, she stuck the license plate on and just walked away. Once I got in the car, I didn’t know how to adjust the seat (controls are on the door, which I wasn’t familiar with). I had to text her to come back out and help and she said, “what did you do?” Clearly, she could not be bothered. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere for my next vehicle.

Check your car thoroughly before buying. I bought a 2019 corvette with 10k miles on it. Few days later I noticed there was water leaking onto me during a car wash. The latch to open the hard top roof is also broken. The driver side speaker rattle and squeaks even at normal volume. They say they thoroughly check their cars and prepare them before selling but apparently not. It hurts to buy a $55k car only for it to have issues

I only give this a 5 star due to the customer service I experienced with David. I was selling my vehicle and experienced multiple issues with the business office due to needing power of attorney paperwork. After my 4th visit I was finally able to sell my vehicle. The only reason I kept coming back was due to David really caring about my experience and trying to help me out the best he could. I can’t thank him enough for helping me through this long process of dealing and waiting with the business office.

I loved CarMax Burbank! My experience was really good and I loved that the price I received online after being prequalified was very similar to what I received after approval. No hidden fees everything is straight forward and the process is super easy. Definitely will recommend anyone trying to buy a used car for a good price at Car Max. Tedi the car max associate was amazing and super quick with his work. Appreciate everyone at CarMax.

Overall my purchase experience was positive. I might add
however, the final payment process was slower than it should of been.
