A friend sent us some clothes for my son's birthday, but they were either not his size or not his style. Seeing that they were the Carter's brand, we decided to return them for a store credit. It seems pretty straightforward, but Carter's policies make this normally easy process incredibly difficult. We were assisted by a tall, lanky, dark-haired girl who was trying to process the return when she was interrupted by William, the manager, who curtly said, "I'll take over." From there, it all went downhill. William said, "Since you don't have the original receipt, we'll be issuing the lowest price on the items." I'm thinking the lowest price is maybe 25% of what they're worth, but this is not the case. They charge the wholesale price instead of the retail price to nickel and dime the customer to the max. For instance, the pants we were returning that are listed on Carter's website for $26.00 were quoted to us at $4.60. When we showed them the list price on the website, William said rudely, "This is your choice: you can either accept the price I'm quoting you or you can call your friend, tell her your returning her GIFT (emphasis in his voice), and ask her for the original receipt. What do you want to do?" He offered no explanation, despite my request, as to the price discrepancy. I said, "Well, I'm not accepting such a low amount in exchange when it's pretty clear my friend paid more and you are not honoring your prices." I gathered up the stuff and left. We'll just gift it to other friends and family members. It's best to avoid a store that has these types of policies: a) not honoring the prices listed on its very own website; b) not offering an explanation as to the price discrepancy between what was quoted and what was listed; c) having in place a policy that is UNCONSIONABLE, i.e., excessively benefits one party in an agreement or transaction; and d) exchanging clothes at a value far less than what they are selling them for when all they are going to do is to turn around and resell them since all the tags were still on and the clothes were unworn.

My wife and I stopped by this store because she wanted to look at clothes for baby. They are fully stocked here because we saw alot of merchandise here. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing around. We both been to Burbank mall many times but never walked into this store so it was nice to see something different. They had some good deals and some nice clothing for infants, baby and kids.

Honestly amazing customer service!!!!! The reason why I decided to write this was to give credit to this one amazing girl named Jennifer who help me throughout the store and was the sweetest thing as well she herself offered me amazing customer service and was very polite and very friendly. Definitely should hire more like her!!! Made me feel so comfortable to shop around made me feel like she was my friend!!! Amazing shopping experience all thanks to her!!!!!!!

My experience there was the best! When I was having trouble finding certain items the workers there were very useful and made me feel welcomed not judged for not knowing. Sally helped me out finding the best items for my baby shower this weekend and her overall customer service was excellent, would definitely go again!

Went shopping on thanksgiving day for some jammies for the kids. We won a $100 gift card and was given exceptional customer service by Nataly. She made our shopping experience super fun. Great night.

I couldn't find a mall store directory so if you are trying to make a quick in and out the store is located on the second level near Macy's. They have a nursing and changing room available which is much appreciated!

Just opened and they already need a new manager. The store manager Yvonne or however her name is spelled was extremely rude and had an attitude problem. It's okay I guess big girls need love too and maybe she wasn't getting any. Won't be coming back here again.
