Central Pak & Mail is hands down one of the best mailing/shipping centers in Burbank. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they always take the time to make sure packages are packed right and sent the best way possible. They offer a variety of services beyond just shipping, which makes it really convenient for errands.
The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are fair, and I’ve always had a smooth, quick experience here. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big post office, and the customer service feels way more personal.
Highly recommend this place if you need shipping, packing, or mailbox services in the area!

Great location, easy to get parking. My mail arrived easily and safely. Janel was beyond fantastic. My pick up was super easy, and they had everything ready for me. Quick, easy, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!

Came to this location last minute to send out a package and Janel went above and beyond helping me! Truly made my day and my life a little easier by assisting me with my package. I will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone in the area to do so as well.

I love Central Pak N Mail. I have been using the service for so long. They are one of the best mailbox stores in the Burbank area. As an Instagram influencer I have all my packages delivered here; all accounted for and safe. When traveling, mail and packages are NOT things I worry about. I love this mailbox store.

Amazing Mailbox very clean neat open on time. The lady is Very helpful and very friendly . The mailbox is on a convenient main street at this mailbox You can find easy parking.

Wish I had started using this place years ago. The owner, Janelle, is awesome. She consistently goes above and beyond. Such a gem! My daughter gets mad if I go to get our packages without her ? Honestly, one of the 'small-town-feel' businesses that makes Burbank such a special place in the vastness of Los Angeles.
