I've always had a great experience at this Chase. Being as it is close to home I frequent it often. The tellers are always helpful. Marida is one of the bankers there and is extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the various products and services this branch offers. Ask for her, especially if dealing with large sums of money.

Out of all the branches of Chase bank, this branch is fantastic! You need to talk to someone about large sums of money, CD's, annuities, savings accounts, and more, you go to this branch and if you're lucky enough, you'll get Zarina Assad. She is not only reliable, and helpful, but she is a very sweet, and compassionate lovely woman. Zarin was an angel, a beautiful angel. Edward was a wonderful teller and the entire Chade team was there for us. Best Chase branch ever!

This branch is representative of all that is wrong with this bank. Specifically, the ATMs at this branch will rob you. They will take money out of your account and give you no cash and leave twice victimized. The hours are also pretty bad. You’re not even open eight hours. As for the branch manager, have some decency and open the door and talk to an angry customer. I should have written on the machine itself that it steals money because I care more about my fellow customers than Chase does. I don’t care if you refunded my money. This has happened twice. $200. This is the last time I’m banking with you guys. I’m done with this 24 year toxic relationship.

I use to come to this bank before it was a Chase. When I first started a bank account this location was Washington Mutual but I've been a loyal customer to Chase since the transfer.This location always had stacks of $2 dollar bills every time I wanted some. They usually would even have the crispy ones as well. I like to get some fifty cent pieces here or dollar coins and they would have them. I come to this location weekly before I go to the laundromat. When I think of my bank I think of this location even though Chase is everywhere.I think the service is good here but I do remember a couple times walking away not happy with the teller but I'm sure she's not alive any more since it's years ago. (Holding a grudge)The parking lot and entrance is dirty all the time and I'm not sure why they don't have someone picking up lose paper weekly. The ATMs outside are dirty and sticky with lots of graffiti. ATM 1 & 2 aren't working this morning with a error on the screen 01/22/2023. I used the 3rd ATM and it worked. The ATM's don't have a mirror on them and I really think they should so you can feel safe because you have your back exposed.ATM's should be inside and you should use your ATM Debt card to access a small room for security reasons instead of the outside elements.

The Riverside Dr Chase Bank has the most Wonderful and Pleasant Employees. I actually look forward to seeing them. Great Help when needed and they all have Wonderful personalities. The location is is to find, plenty of parking and located in a great location Toluca Lake.

Worst bank and worst bank branch I have ever been too. Nobody knows what they are doing. They tried to open an account for me but apparently didn't know what documents they needed to submit so the bank closed my account a few days later without notifying me through email or phone call.. I had funds on it and they told me I would get a check via mail, but since I didn't get the check I went back to the branch and one of the workers told me that the check has already been mailed to me. I found out later that it was a LIE. I called the customer support and they told me that they are going to request a check...Long story short - do not go to this bank branch. None of the bankers knows what they are doing, they just want to get their bonuses and they don't care about their customers. They are also very good at lying to you.

I brought my assets to Chase based on their discussions on having a higher level of service with their clients. It was great at first, then our banker left the company due to not being appreciated. It's been down hill since. Be aware what Chase says and does are clearly two different things. Their businesses are separate and they don't know how to work between the businesses. One area will help you just to have the other area put a road block in your way! Not a well run company. I will be moving away and not investing I. Them as a business. So if you are thinking of using Chase, just do your due diligence, unlike how Chase runs their business.
