I really like the atmosphere of this location. The employees are also super helpful. Special thanks to Syuzanna for pushing back her lunch in order to take the time to help me open a checking and savings account. She was amazing through the whole process and is really and asset to Citi!

I have had some major issues with this bank. I opened an account here because I thought they were a nationwide bank. They are not and do not have any affiliate banks in Oregon that can help you with cashier checks or transferring funds. My fault for not doing more research on the bank but I have had their citicard for years and just figured they were. I called customer service for help and they are the worst. What ever call center they are working with follows a script and will not deviate from it. No help at all. I finally found a number for the Burbank branch and got help from Suzanne. She was amazing!! She literally is the only good thing about this bank. Very polite and helpful on the phone. I would have lost my mind without her help.

I do not recommend Citibank to anyone. You have to make an appointment to deposit money. What? Also, if you put money into your trust, you come in the first time to sign papers and then you have to come back to deposit the money. What? No other bank does that. They really need to change their policies. I do not recommend them at all.

This Citibank is the worst. Have been a Citi Gold client for some time now and got extra attentive service with other branches. However this specific Citi branch definitely need to work on their customer service. This skinny female teller's tone would be considered as Rude even in a 7 eleven. I need to cancel the cashier check a made and send an wire with the amount instead. I asked her "is the amount gonna go back to my account INSTANTLY as I need to send a wire today." She didn't look at me and just said yes then put the check back to my account. After the process I gave her the wire instruction and she said "oh... your won't be able to wire cos the fund needs time to go back to your account" Me: " But you just said it's INSTANT. That's why I asked you first. Then she got offended and her eyes got so big and talked loudly to me " NO I NEVER SAID INSTANT!" Wow....she forgot what she said 30 secs ago. Or maybe she answered me without even thinking about it. Either way....I don't think I deserve to be treated like this as a customer. I hope Citi management can train their staff properly. This incident happened today 4/6/31 at 3pm with the skinny female teller (pink top) in the middle.

The only reason I come to this Citibank in this location is cause of the great customer service they provide. Especially Mary helps me a lot and explains any questions that I have. She's not only quick but also careful when it comes to helping me for transactions and etc. thank you !!

I've been banking with citi for a little over a year my regular branch near my house just doesn't seem so welcoming especially when you're doing sensitive transactions that need extra attention, once I stumbled upon the Burbank location on Magnolia all my problems were solved, the entire staff is very attentive they love to help you out and explain to you how to go about the proper way of banking, Mary Has been the best banker I could ask for, she answers all my questions has a lot of patience with me even though some of my questions might be from a beginner's perspective, she still takes the time to explain to me what I need to know and how I need to proceed through this whole thing, Mary Has been my right hand when it comes to the bank, anytime the supervisors are called to help her with things out of her hands the supervisors help us out really fast she must be such a great worker that they don't bother to check her work twice, I wish all of the bank tellers where as courteous as Mary is, it will allow us to feel a lot better about walking into a bank it also makes me feel a lot safer talking to someone that has my best interest at heart. Thank you Mary for all your help

GREAT SERVICE! I came in to deposit a couple of checks for my family. I had a lot so I thought it would take a while. Mary was very quick to do all my deposits and held a very nice conversation. She is also very caring and always asks about my family and how everyone is! Very thoughtful and very efficient!

I am a long time customer at Citibank in Burbank, for two main reasons: 1) convenient location on Glenoaks, and 2) terrific customer care. Whenever I visit the branch, I am always met with a smile and a sincere greeting. Transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently. Sometimes I've waited in line for a bit, but it's usually at the 1st of the month when all banks are busier anyway. Today there were two security guards on duty, they were pleasant and opened the door for me coming in and going out. I would like to recognize two special employees, Ramina and Gustavo, who are truly exceptional in the outstanding service that they consistently provide, treating me as an individual and not just another customer in line. Well done, both of you. Overall I am a loyal Citi customer, and will continue to remain so. 5 stars!

The employee Yazmin is terrible. She lied about how she was requesting for Citibank to reinstate my account. She lied also about fees I was supposed to get back because the employees there failed to closed my account properly.

I don't normally review banking institutions because I absolutely hate dealing with them. I have yet to find a decent bank that'll actually meet my expectations and needs. It's sad to think that people who deal with they're hard earned money doesn't get the right treatment when it comes to banks. I have my account here for close to a decade but I might have been inside the establishment probably only four times which includes the day I opened the account itself. There's no other Citibank branch in Burbank other than this one unlike BofA which has 3 while Chase has at least 5, I believe so I'm pretty much stuck down with this branch. I hate the fact that the stairs leading to the front entrance through Glenoaks isn't suited for people with mobility issues. There's no handicap walkways not ramps so going to the two atms that's about 50 feet from the street is a constant struggle. Same issues with the bank entrance through Magnolia. You have to go through a flight of stairs before even reaching street level. Plus the distance from parking to the bank itself is a lot farther. Customer service? Don't even start with me because it's non-existent here. Poorly staffed branch where no one is ever available. I probably dealt with two different individuals here in the past who were bought rude and seemed unhappy with their job. I might have to close this account soon. Just not having enough to start again all over to setup direct deposit, automatic payments, etc. One thing for sure, closure of my bank account has long been overdue.

New to Citi bank but I will be leaving as soon as they fix the problem that they have caused. it's a bad bank but this particular branch is just absolute garbage. The branch manager should be ashamed, better yet, the senior management should be ashamed that they have a branch manager like this. Not a single employee in this branch has any pride. worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not deal with them. do not deal with citi bank.
