THIS REVIEW IS UNLIKE THE OTHERS AND WORTH READING.
I ordered a service from Coastal Car Transport (CCT) located at Burbank, CA to move my car from Southern California to New Jersey. I chose CCT because of their good reviews across multiple sites. My order was taken by Shawn.
UNFORTUNATELY Coastal Car Transport WAS NOT the company who actually transported my car, they either partnered with OR maybe subcontracted to another company by the name of JKUSA located at Maywood, CA (based on the information in their Bill Of Lading) who actually did all the transporting work.
It begun one day prior to the delivery day when the dispatch left a message for a delivery arrangement, but because of my busy schedule on that day, I messaged them back to just leave my car at a nearby business parking lot near my location (since there was no access for their 18 wheelers truck to get to my location) and then I would pick it up later, but the delivery did not happen on that day.
The following day, the actual delivery day, the truck driver himself called and talked to me directly and luckily I was available on that day, so I told him that I wanted to meet up with him to receive my car in person and he said yes.
BUT IN REALITY, GUESS WHAT, HE DISREGARDED MY REQUEST AND STILL LEFT my car alone at a local Walmart parking lot with 6 DIFFERENT MAIN DAMAGES on top of other directly impacted surrounding parts (IN MY OPINION, THEY HAD TO AVOID ME SO THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE A FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THOSE DAMAGES THEY HAD CAUSED)
I reached out to JKUSA the following day which was answered by their rep Kevin to resolve but Kevin denied any wrongdoings, he even accused me that those damages happened while the car was in my possession.
FYI, the main damages were at left front bumper, front left fender, front left splash guard, right middle roof, right rear bumper, right rear trunk lid.
IT WAS TOTALLY ABSURD TO ACCUSE ME FOR CAUSING ALL THOSE DAMAGES.
Kevin offered me $1000 for a compensation which I denied because the estimate from a body shop was $3400.
Shawn from CCT provided me with JKUSA's insurance information but it also didn't go anywhere because JKUSA DID NOT WANT TO COOPERATE WITH ITS INSURANCE to provide some of the needed requested informations.
At the end, I reached back out to Coastal Car Transport to resolve this issue but they REFUSED since they were not the one who transported my car.
IT IS SHAMEFUL that Coastal Car Transport good reviews has to be TARNISHED OVER, FOR THEM, A SMALL AMOUNT OF DOLLARS.
I know this was not all of their fault but it was still theirs partially, because of their partnership with JKUSA.
BOTTOM LINE IS, PLEASE JUST BE REALLY CAREFUL BEFORE USING THESE COMPANIES, IF YOU FALL IN THE 10% CATEGORY OF UNLUCKY ONES LIKE ME, AFTER-SALES SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT BECAUSE COASTAL CAR TRANSPORT and JKUSA WILL ALWAYS HAVE SOME EXCUSES TO AVOID RESOLVING THEIR CUSTOMER'S ISSUES.

customer service was great. Henry was very helpful with finding me a driver that worked with my tight schedule. He answered all my questions and was very professional throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Coastal Car Transport for your luxury vehicle transfers. I recently used this company to have my car shipped from CA to FL and was super satisfied with the service and expertise. They made the whole process effortless , I would absolutely use them again.

***** did a phenomenal job helping us relocate four vehicles and three motorcycles from ********** to ******* with our families relocation. ***** took a lot of the stress out of this process and made it very seamless from start to finish. We had no issues with any damage and ***** gave us a great price for the amount of vehicles that we had shipped.

I feel like it's important to leave a review for services like these where you trust your belongings with a complete stranger. My car was shipped with Coastal Car Transport from Los Angeles to Washington DC. Everything went smoothly and my car was in the condition I sent it in. They were able to deliver the car by the promised delivery date and I am completely satisfied with their work of service. I highly recommend shipping your car with them!

I've shipped several cars in the past, none of which come close to the high level of concierge service that Henry provided. He's knowledgeable and fully transparent on what to expect with the driver and pricing. I had multiple cars to ship to multiple locations and I kid you not within 5 minutes, Henry had located a reputable driver to pick up my cars same day. Some may call it luck, but I call it that's what you'll expect working with Henry. All cars were delivered on its expected date and in great condition.

My son joined the Navy and moved to South Carolina and we needed to ship his car to him. After checking a ton of reviews on Yelp, I submitted a quote request to Coastal directly and then to other carrier companies via the Yelp quote system. Coastal was the quickest to respond and slightly less expensive than the other carriers. Due to an electrical problem with the car to be shipped, I had to delay shipment a few weeks. Henry at Coastal was the ONLY carrier to check in with me several times after the initial quote. Not a SINGLE other carrier followed up with me after the initial quote! Anyway, the car was repaired and since Coastal has very good Yelp reviews and followed up with me, I booked with them. Henry was able to find a driver going to South Carolina fairly quickly and the transfer was scheduled. Excellent communication throughout the entire process via text and email. At every point in the transaction, I knew who to contact to check on the progress of the shipment. Excellent communication, excellent customer service, fair price. Highly recommended.

I needed to move 2 cars from California to Texas. I spoke with Henry who explained the process and got me a quote very quickly. Given the short notice and Christmas holidays, the price was reasonable. I was worried about delays but they picked up the cars on the right day and delivered them on the right day. You have to be flexible with the time. Overall was a good experience and would recommend to others.

Henry provided the best service. Real-time communication and delivered my vehicle to my front door on time (several hours early). Although they were a few hundred dollars more expensive compared to other bids, you get what you pay for and I will absolutely use them again. Thank you.
