Highly recommend Coastal Car Transport for your luxury vehicle transfers. I recently used this company to have my car shipped from CA to FL and was super satisfied with the service and expertise. They made the whole process effortless , I would absolutely use them again.

I feel like it's important to leave a review for services like these where you trust your belongings with a complete stranger. My car was shipped with Coastal Car Transport from Los Angeles to Washington DC. Everything went smoothly and my car was in the condition I sent it in. They were able to deliver the car by the promised delivery date and I am completely satisfied with their work of service. I highly recommend shipping your car with them!

I've shipped several cars in the past, none of which come close to the high level of concierge service that Henry provided. He's knowledgeable and fully transparent on what to expect with the driver and pricing. I had multiple cars to ship to multiple locations and I kid you not within 5 minutes, Henry had located a reputable driver to pick up my cars same day. Some may call it luck, but I call it that's what you'll expect working with Henry. All cars were delivered on its expected date and in great condition.

My son joined the Navy and moved to South Carolina and we needed to ship his car to him. After checking a ton of reviews on Yelp, I submitted a quote request to Coastal directly and then to other carrier companies via the Yelp quote system. Coastal was the quickest to respond and slightly less expensive than the other carriers. Due to an electrical problem with the car to be shipped, I had to delay shipment a few weeks. Henry at Coastal was the ONLY carrier to check in with me several times after the initial quote. Not a SINGLE other carrier followed up with me after the initial quote! Anyway, the car was repaired and since Coastal has very good Yelp reviews and followed up with me, I booked with them. Henry was able to find a driver going to South Carolina fairly quickly and the transfer was scheduled. Excellent communication throughout the entire process via text and email. At every point in the transaction, I knew who to contact to check on the progress of the shipment. Excellent communication, excellent customer service, fair price. Highly recommended.

I needed to move 2 cars from California to Texas. I spoke with Henry who explained the process and got me a quote very quickly. Given the short notice and Christmas holidays, the price was reasonable. I was worried about delays but they picked up the cars on the right day and delivered them on the right day. You have to be flexible with the time. Overall was a good experience and would recommend to others.

Excellent service! Henry was so easy to talk to. He helped me make the right decision with my car & my financial situation. And I was not disappointed. My car arrived in excellent condition and right on time. I was live tracking my car from the moment the young gentleman picked up my car at my hotel in Burbank Ca. I was a little nervous a few times seeing my car had not move for a few days...but they made it perfect timing! I highly recommend Coastal Car Transport.

Here's the long and short of it. (Also, recommendations for better auto transport at the bottom) The short: Henry was an absolute nightmare to deal with and ended up canceling my transport because he felt like I was "questioning him". I did ask questions lol but I thought one could do that as a customer. I thought if they got my car to my destination safely, the customer service wouldn't matter, but it was beyond customer service. Henry was downright disrespectful. Now, the long: **The only reason why this review is dated by each incident is because once I recognized how crazy Henry was, I knew I needed to document it. 11/7/23 Henry called to go over details for my car transport and I had a quick question about whether or not I could request a driver. This question was met with an argumentative retort about him having a great yelp review and how he has the competency to choose a proper driver, whether or not, it's requested. I then responded calmly with a simple, "I'm just asking a question sir." I only asked to request a driver because one person on yelp had rave reviews about a particular driver that took their car from and to the same destinations I had. But that's neither here nor there; I'm allowed to ask questions as a patron of a business. Yes, Henry called when he said he would, but to be met with such rudeness when I'm spending money is absurd. 11/9/23 1pm While I'm spending about $400 extra than most other companies, one would expect top tier customer service. Henry called back to confirm that the driver was confirmed but completely rushed me to make the payment. I'm in the middle of shopping at Walmart, don't have my card in hand and I felt completely rushed. So much so that he kept saying, "I'm ready. I'm ready. to which I wanted to reply, " Well clearly I'm not." (But I didn't because I wanted to keep cool.) Then he takes my card information and hangs up abruptly, like immediately after he took my card info. I thought the call had dropped but no, he just hung up on me. And then when I called back to see what happened, he said, "Oh, I didn't hear you respond so I hung up." Didn't even give me a chance to respond before he hung up on me... after taking my damn card information. No one wants to make a transaction with their card information over the phone with no documentation sent prior and then be hung up on. And the fact that no documentation was sent was also odd. There weren't any agreements or anything professional. He just takes my card info and hangs up. Completely unprofessional and rude. I received my order confirmation and receipt shortly thereafter via email but damn, what if I had any questions, there wasn't even a chance to ask one. I read a couple of reviews that alluded to Henry's disrespectful behavior, but I thought as long as my car makes it safely, It should be fine. Now I'm rethinking this. I for damn sure do not deserve disrespect when I'm being nothing but kind. 11/9/23 5pm After being hung up on Henry, he told me he would call me back once he's in the office. The concern I had was my estimated pick up was the 20th and I was scheduled to leave town on the 22nd, I just wanted to make sure that there wouldn't be any issues getting the car picked up on time and for good measure, maybe we could schedule the pick up for a bit earlier just in case. In this conversation, he took it upon himself to berate me about his superiority in the field, and that I need not question his authority. He started off by saying, "OK, what are we doing here. Do we have a problem?" And I am sitting on the phone baffled because quite frankly, I'm just taken aback that this man is spending his evening going off on a customer like this. He continued to talk about how upset he was with me questioning him, about how I have trust issues, and threatened to cancel the transport.
