I have never seen a laundromat more dirty than this one. It is a shame because the location is nice the machines are good but the whole establishment is dirty

Two stars simply for existing in close proximity to my home and having good business hours. The place is never staffed. Gross and dirty floors and surfaces. Also I took my clothes out of the dryer and my "clean" clothes smelled of hot urine. Sexy. Machines ate $5.25 in my $. But to be fair, a week after submitting my note that I lost money, $5.25 in cash was sent to my address in the mail. Just staff the place, please. Wash out your machines and mop the floor and clean the countertops. Jeeeeeeze.

Everytime I come here, my money is taken. The change machine took my $1, the “out of order” sign came out then a few minutes later, it turned off. Now it’s working properly but I still don’t have my $1. Also my coins kept getting stuck in the washing machines so I’m sure I lost a quarter or 2 trying to turn on the machine. Either they’re too cheap to maintain their machines or their machines are designed to be finicky so they can steal your money

We go here often because of large machines for dog beds and because I prefer top loaders for my clothes. However half their top loaders are broken and they dont seem to be fixing them. In my opinion, it's better to fix, than to buy new. The new machines are not the work horses of old. Hope they will repair them soon. Rose Powers

I used to come here every once in a while for my bulky items. It was clean and had no issues. I haven't used this location since I have a washer and dryer in my unit but my dryer is out of commission at the moment. Came here to use their machines and find that several machine are out of order. I see a woman talking to herself but I just ignored the situation and continue with placing my clothes in the washer. I didn't realize that she was homeless until she got up and went outside the building pull her pants down and did her business, removed her pants and walked around the facility completely exposing herself from waist down. I was mortified since I have never seen this in our community. I was gross out and concerned about the sanitation of this facility. Very disappointed to see that there was no supervision and quite dangerous since you just don't know the the mental state of these individuals. I am never coming back.

perfect experience. went there as foreign travelers and everything explained itself very easily. they also offered a small box of washing powder for 1$ which was awesome since we didn't want to buy a whole box here just for this one time washing action. There is a parking lot behind the building which is great too.

Nice and well-maintained laundry spot! Always go there when my washing machine is out of service.

Majority of the affordable machines don't work (I understand that power/water prices have gone up but 225 to use a machine that stains your clothes or breaks down when it's barely filled is ridiculous), the floors are filthy, trash overflowing, and most annoyingly, THE QUARTER MACHINES DONT WORK. this used to be an okay Laundromat. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Now it's just a barely functioning mess. The only positive is that it's rarely packed and very rarely are there homeless or weirdos wandering around inside.

Current washing machines at this place are $2.25 and that’s still a pretty good deal around these parts. The cheapest I’ve encountered in LA is $4 and $1.50 in the Manhattan Beach Area. Place was clean. After extensive research on local Burbank laundromats, I encountered so many bad reviewed laundromats that I went with the option that had mixed reviews, which was this place. I was surprised when I found that this place was affordable, clean, and not so packed.

Updating my 10-year old review which is fitting since I'm not sure any of the machines have been serviced or replaced since then. Literally half of the machines in this place are broken, and they just hiked the prices! There have been been broken washers taped down for years at this point. They've also closed the bathroom and half the time the quarter machines won't take the bills put into them.

New owners just raised prices on the 20lb and 40 lbs machines by $1. The price gouging while we are experiencing a deep recession is disappointing as the previous owners were doing well. Although its nice to see the laundromat not busy for once on a mid-day during a Saturday, I expect business to be struggling if this continues. For context, just a week ago, finding a parking spot was tough as was finding an open machine. My apartment complex has washers and dryers, I came here because it was cheaper, that is no longer the case. I tried to take photos of all the out-of-order machines but could only upload 7.If they expect someone to pay this much more per machine, I would expect new machines, or at least attempts at fixing and refurbishing. Most would expect an increase in pricing with new ownership, like .25 cents a machine, but sometimes greed is too tempting.
