Great boutique banking. I’am banking with this branch of Comerica Bank for over 10 years. This branch menegment and tellers are extremely kind and supportive with any issues I have, always extremely helpful and most of all friendly. I am very glad that 10 years ago I was not mistaken when choosing this bank.

(Translated by Google) Very good Customer Service. Very friendly and fast employees .. In this location I changed a bill pay check from Comerica Bank to my name without problem .. Instead in the Studio City branch. Pity service .. Bad temper bad service and they said they couldn't change it.

Gayane Tutyan was amazing help!! Customer service was GREAT! She was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me open a checking account and went over all the details. 10/10 deff will recommend all my friends and family!

Tom T must be a shareholder to write such glowing comments. The people he mentioned were nice enough but not at all helpful. Went in there to open a checking account for a local non-profit organization. They took info from us, said they'd forward it to their legal dept and get back to us. They never bothered to call as they said. I had to call to follow up, then got some fake story about their email being down ... for over a week?? Other than this lousy service, I wouldn't want to work with a bank who doesn't have a grip on their computer systems. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It's baffling that this place has even a star. When your a young customer in shorts and a t-shirt you are judged and not helped. I came in to do a wire transfer and after being asked to step aside from the counter so one of two employees that were working could help someone else because only the manager whom was on a phone call could do that. I've sent wires several times from this branch and have been helped by different people each time. That being said I waited 15 minutes to be told the manager wasn't going to be off the phone until after they close at 1pm. I'm writing this from the lobby and it's 12:37pm right now. It's funny how they judge a book by the cover. Armenita and Armin were the two employees that I couldn't get help from. I really hope if your reading this that your experience is different. A new building, clean and tidy, but useless if you need customer service. I was also told that all we would do is fill out the paperwork for the wire and it would go out Monday which was fine, but I was then told that only the manager could fill out the paperwork and that no other employee was allowed. How the hell can I work with a bank that nobody knows how to do a simple wire transfer. Also I should make clear that I'm not doing tiny transactions. I make rather large wires on a regular basis. Anyhow, I hate this place. I just drove from Santa Clarita to Burbank to do the wire and they are hopeless. Walking out at 12:45pm. The manager is off the phone, but not a word to me to if he could help or even care that I'm not being helped. Again, customer service is lacking more than a little.
