I recently had the privilege of working with Heide, my physical therapist, and I must say, she is absolutely fantastic! She helped me overcome my lower back and knee issues with expertise and care. First and foremost, the facility itself is top-notch. It's well-maintained, and the availability of high-quality equipment further enhanced my therapy sessions, ensuring that I had everything I needed to progress.Heide's approach to therapy is truly commendable. Conquer All Things is a great studio, that is small enough to make you feel like a part of a community, but large enough to provide you all the equipment you require whatever your physical health goals may be. I work with Zokai Holmes (conquerallthingsfitnesss…), who can work with individuals with a wide range of starting points and goals. He challenges you with every workout, but focuses on proper form and protection from injury. I have been working with him for 6 months, and even though historically I have not particularly liked working out, with Zokai I have never been tempted to skip a workout.

I've been coming here just 8 months and I couldn't be happier with my results. Great atmosphere, clean equipment and friendly professional trainers. I recently discovered Conquer All Things gym in Burbank and am thrilled that I did!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, I just LOVE it (thanks Rob)! It's a small boutique gym with personal trainers, a physical therapist, HIT classes and plenty of great equipment. The gym is centrally located on Magnolia Blvd with easy parking and a great vibe- everyone is SUPER friendly, welcoming and supportive. I'm in my mid 50's and have been battling weight gain, decreased mobility and flexibility and was looking for a trainer that could help me reach my fitness and strength goals. I reached out to Josh, the owner, and he referred me to Zokia and I have never looked back- he is FABULOUS! It's been just over 2 months since I started training with Zokia and already see a HUGE difference in my strength, flexibility, muscle tone/form and endurance. And its all thanks to Zokia! He is always so welcoming, supportive and excited to train. I have been to many personal trainers in the past, but none come close to Zokia's experience and professionalism. If you are looking for a personal trainer I highly recommend Zokia- you will not be disappointed. I referred my brother-in-law, who has never weight trained much less stepped foot inside a gym, who is now training three days a week and says "Zokia and Conquer All Things has changed my life". Thanks CAT and Zokia!!

I never thought I would be able to flip tires, push a sled with weights on it, and do all the things I see others do on social media. I'm in my late 50's and was struggling to get motivated. I heard about Josh, a trainer at Conquer All Things, and decided to try a workout. He was extremely patient with me. I got in a great workout and I could definitely feel all the muscles I used, but I wasn't so sore that I couldn't move. I started training with Josh and haven't stopped. I've seen a huge change in my body. I feel better and sleep better. I love all the other trainers too. It's like a family. I also have enjoyed getting to know others who train there. Everyone is nice and welcoming. It doesn't matter what level you are at. They all encourage you and want you to do your best. If you are looking for a place to get motivated where you will feel challenged, but in the best way possible, this is the gym for you! I love it!

I have been going to Conquer all Things for almost a year now. I needed help as my workouts were sporadic and I had low energy. From the moment I met my trainer, Josh Yakes, I knew I made the best decision for my fitness and health goals. He is not just a trainer, he's a motivator, friend, and inspiration rolled all into one! As a complete fitness novice, I was hesitant and unsure about taking the plunge. I have had other trainers in the past literally work me to my maximum and quit pretty early on. Josh has a lot of patience and listened. He never made me feel embarrassed about my lack of experience, which helped build my confidence right from the start. He tailored every aspect of my fitness program to suit my individual needs and limitations. His attention to detail made me feel valued and heard. He knows when to push me and will adjust workouts if my knee or back is in pain (from a previous injury).On top of his extreme knowledge about fitness and food, he adds a positive and vibrant energy making every workout fun.Most importantly, the results I achieved under his guidance have been nothing short of astounding. I can proudly say, thanks to Josh's expertise and support, I have shed almost 20 lbs and inches off my waistline. I feel stronger, more energized, and comfortable in my own skin! I am still continuing my journey and am excited about the additional benefits of working out consistently. I have also had experience working out with several trainers at Conquer All Things. The beauty of this organization is that they all support one another and equally share the passion for helping their clients. Haley has also been spectacular and super knowledgeable. Been coming here for a few months now and I can't recommend these guys enough. Really feels like a small community that is looking out for one another. My trainer, Josh, knows my goals and helps push me forward to achieve them. They are flexible, affordable, and overall there for you - just up to you to commit!

I’ve trained here a few times now with Kristin (whom I adore!) and absolutely love the facility. It’s clean and bright and airy, and parking is also convenient. I like that the space is small and personal but also large enough that I don’t feel like I’m lacking for equipment.Also, if you’re looking for a fun, positive female trainer, I highly recommend Kristin! She has the best energy and creates wonderful workouts catered to your needs.

When I was looking for a location to get back into shape and to hire a personal trainer, I came across Josh Yakes/his team of trainers and Conquer All Things. I love the meaning behind Conquer All Things name because as someone who has struggled with their weight, the mindset piece is important to get started and to keep going. Josh and his team are super passionate about all things fitness and nutrition to help us achieve his clients goals. When I first got started after not working out for awhile, he didn't overload me/kill me during my first few sessions like another trainer had done in the past. I have been training for months now and I have more energy and am seeing results! If you're looking for a group of trainers that care about you, your fitness goals, and your overall well-being then this is a place I would recommend highly!!

Hiiii! I’m a personal trainer at CATF and I can confidently say that this studio is my happy place. The environment is warm, friendly, upbeat and the team treats me and my clients like family. My clients are always leaving each session with a happier and healthier glow.As a business professional, it’s genuinely impressive to see what Josh and Andy have built in just under 1 year - with all they offer, you’d think this studio was open for 10! In terms of the “development stage” in the life cycle of a new business, they are actually just getting started, and that blows my mind. I can’t imagine where we’ll all be in another year from now! Amazing private fitness studio. I’ve been working out with Derek for a few months now and I have been loving it. Especially if you are looking for a more 1:1 experience and want to avoid the overcrowded public gyms.10/10, highly recommended.

Training with Andy = Life Changing I have been training with Andy for over 5 years and it has been a great experience. Prior to training with him, I had issues with both my knees for years due to playing sports and an injury. They would give out on me while standing, I needed to hold on to the railing or someone when walking down stairs, and I had a very difficult time standing up after sitting on the ground. I had to wear knee supports when running. After training with Andy for about a year, I was able to walk down stairs without holding onto something, I no longer had difficulty getting up from the ground nor did I need to wear knee supports. It has really made a difference in my life. Andy is very knowledgeable and creates a customized training plan that will get you to your goals. He gives clear instructions and ensures that I am performing each exercise properly. The workouts are challenging, and he encourages me to push through when it gets difficult. He is an awesome trainer and I would highly recommend him. The gym is clean, plenty of equipment and has a really good vibe. Everyone is friendly.
