I love our Costco. Lines are fast even though sometimes its long. I always go thru the self checkout. Best part too is that food is outside. You can just come and eat without shopping.

I visited Costco for the first time and was blown away by the experience. The store had everything I needed and more, all at great prices. From groceries to electronics, the variety was impressive. The samples were a fun bonus, and the bulk items are perfect for stocking up. The staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely worth the membership for the savings and convenience!

The tire service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to quote a tire that needed to be replaced and I gave him the year, model and make of the car I was servicing and what he told me was that if I didn't know the size of the tire I should go to the Internet and look for the information..... when perfectly well if he had wanted he could have helped me....bad service....what a shame. I definitely won't come back here

What a terrible experience I had.
Apparently Costco does not store records of their gas sales. So **you all should call your banks and charge back your gas purchases right now.**
I needed my receipt to get the gas payment compensated for my job. The IRS demands a receipt for that and it is Costco's legal obligation to provide one.
I missed the button to print my receipt. The indicator went away too fast. That's on me. The rest of this is not. Any normal business could reprint it from a register nearby. Not Costco! What shouldn't be a big deal took almost 45 minutes of my time and over 500' of walking around waiting in lines.
So naturally after I missed the option to print it I immediately get out of line, park my car, and go check with the attendant to get him to reprint it (about a 100' walk).
He told me he couldn't reprint it because I pulled away from the pump and I shouldn't have. He genuinely expected me to leave my car at the pump and make everyone in line behind me WAIT for him to search through the records to print a receipt. So he said he couldn't print it! And directed me to walk inside and ask Membership to reprint it. I walk to the store about 300' away.
Well I walk inside and wait in line for 15 minutes for membership. And guess what! They couldn't reprint it either! I have to talk to a Manager at the office.
So I go looking for someone in a red vest and flag one down, explain my situation a third time and she asks for my membership card.
Well sir, it turns out I apparently never paid for gas that day! Same card, same membership, 30 minutes later, but NO RECORD OF THE SALE AT ALL. I can clearly see the charge on my bank statement. My car is full of gas.
So I'm going to call my credit card company and chargeback the payment because apparently it never happened.
What a horrible company with a broken system and no regard for wait times.

Customer service clerk lied to me in an attempt to boost their numbers for membership auto-renewals. I love your store but please don't treat us like we're idiots and make stuff up on the spot. Store leadership, please don't contact me about this review, just end this policy of advising your clerks to lie.

Hello I am so grateful for supervisor Neil at Burbank Costco for exceptional service. I was in line and only had three items. I forgot my wallet in car while loading gas. The store was about to be closed when Neil went beyond line of duty and let me in along with ringing up my three item purchase. This shows me how caring, empathetic, patient, and understanding Neil was to my situation. I am a forever Burbank Costco shopper because of this nice deed. He went over and beyond to attend to my needs and I am forever grateful. Appreciation and thanks to Burbank Costco team members and Neil!
