Shlomi and his team helped us every step of the way with our extensive house renovation. We redid our entire kitchen, master bedroom / bathroom, laundry room and added a walk in master closet. From the plans to the finishing touches they always made themselves available. We greatly appreciated Shlomi, Jordan and everyone who helped us make this renovation a reality. The group text where we were kept updated with plans for the days ahead helped us keep our life organized as this was ongoing. It was so much less stressful with their management and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We look forward to their help in transforming our garage into an ADU later this year and we highly recommend them to anyone looking ready to start their own renovations.

We were matched up with them through the Houzz platform, and from the start, we were impressed by their very fair pricing and the way they worked with us to stay within a budget. Their team was friendly, approachable, and brought a highly creative approach to the project from start to finish. We particularly appreciated how their in-house design team helped transform our ideas into clear, actionable plans, guiding us through every step. They were patient with our requests and involved us in the decision-making process. Overall, we are satisfied with the outcome and felt that Creative Innovation Developers were genuinely dedicated to delivering quality work and meeting our needs. I whole-heartedly recommend Creative Innovation Developers if you need a General Contractor. I am working on a project to convert a storage room into a recreation room on my property. My Project Manager, Golan, has been wonderful to work with. I have lots of technical, regulatory, and logistical questions and Golan patiently addresses my concerns. Golan is professional and easy to talk to. I would also recommend utilizing the company's Research option. During this phase, the staff at Creative Innovation Developers performs a thorough investigation of the local building codes, regulations, and restrictions to ensure that the project design submission will be approved by the local jurisdiction.

We looked for a long time for the right partner for a home renovation and addition. We called on Creative Innovations Developers first due to their highly rated reviews and beautifully inspired work they have done. However, meeting the owner, Ben, is what sealed the deal. He has been, and continues to be, calm, assuring, patient, and creative. The idea of being a one stop shop, from design through construction, made the most sense and was very appealing to us. He listened to what we liked about our existing home, what we didn't like, and what we hoped to achieve. Not once did we feel pressured, but rather Ben worked tirelessly in being sure we were pleased. Working closely with us and listening to us, we ultimately came to a plan that we are very happy and excited with!
We are in the early stages. Plans are finalized and submitted to the city. Ben and his team are managing all the guidelines, complications, and requests that goes along with ultimately getting to an approval. We are looking forward to that day over the next months and are planning on construction to begin next year. We are very anxious and exited to see the work to follow. And if our experience with Creative Innovation Developers thus far is any indication, I expect nothing short of Experience, Care, Quality, and Trust.

We were looking for a reputable company for our second-story addition and a few other renovation projects. Creative Innovation Developers stood out from day one for their responsiveness, transparency, organization, and expertise.
The highlight of our experience so far is our project manager, Golan. He's organized, punctual, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole process of bringing us on board for our projects. We appreciate that he listens thoroughly to our needs, gives us thoughtful advice, and proposes design solutions that work for our growing family within the budget we're comfortable with. He patiently answers our many questions and will loop in the experts from the company for clarity as needed. Once we've signed on with the projects, Golan keeps us posted on progress, milestones, and any changes that require our attention. We've finalized our layout and anticipating for the next phase. Creative Innovation Developers has been transparent about all the steps for our renovation journey thus far.
We look forward to the following milestones and continue working with the company to remodel our house into our family's dream home.

My husband and I just closed on a home and needed a full house renovation. After researching and getting four quotes from highly rated companies, we decided to move forward with Creative Innovation Developers. The owner (Ben) stood higher than his counterparts, just by his kindness and his experience alone.This was our first major renovation so I was nervous to say the least, but we could have not picked a better team to work on our project.Ben is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each phase of the project and provided a detailed list of what they would provide. Monika, Ozzie, Juan Carlos, Marcos and Felicito are all team members that deserve recognition as well. This team accommodated our asks every step of the way and they were so easy to work with. It is obvious they take pride in their work product and understand that details matter; I genuinely enjoyed seeing them transform each space.We are so excited to move in and look forward to more projects with this team. These guys really show up and get things done. We worked with them from start to finish on a garage demo, new ADU project, as well as a new driveway, front porch renovation, and new front walkway. This was a long set of projects, but they were transparent and available the whole way through. Ben told us that once Glendale gave us the permits, CID would really move, and he wasn’t kidding. Any time we weren’t waiting on the city, the guys were working on the project.The fact that they have their own architect made the beginning of the project run so much more smoothly than the horror stories we’ve heard from friends. We chose them because every other company we talked to about the project couldn’t give us a solid price, and Creative Innovation seemed to have it figured out.They were great about working around the particulars of our site, with a large oak tree that we didn’t want to damage, we appreciated how careful they were with that.We had some miscommunication issues occasionally, but it was a long project with a lot of moving parts, so an occasional miscommunication isn’t surprising, and Ben and Ozzy always fixed any issue we had promptly.And as two women, we appreciated that we always felt safe with the people they sent to do work here.Overall, we very much recommend CID - they won’t disappear on you, they get stuff done, and they’re pleasant to work with.

We have a couple of major remodeling projects at home and needed an honest contractor who can help us develop the ideas before deciding on one, either adding a master suite and remodeling the kitchen, or building an ADU. So glad we decided to work with Creative Innovation Developers! From the first meeting, Ben and everyone we encountered from the company have been highly professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. They are good listeners!Ben provided helpful feedback on our ideas and advised us on how to get the most out of our budget. Throughout the whole process of developing the plan, he has been transparent about the price and eager to understand our specific needs. The architect, Susan, put a lot of thought into designing the space.We spent months researching and selecting contractors to contact because of past not-so-great experiences with other contractors, we also need a company that knows how to get things done with the City of Glendale. Creative Innovation Developers proved themselves to be a company we can trust for a big project, an ADU. Yes, a major construction can be scary to homeowners but Ben's contract lays everything out clearly in detail and we know we will continue to have clear communication throughout the whole process, which is the key to a successful home improvement! I found Creative Innovation Developers Inc via Houzz. We met with Ben, the owner, soon after arranging an appointment with his office. He is nice and polite. My husband and i were trying to find the right person to do this big remodeling/build house project. We met with Ben and the rest is history. He is always on time, which I truly appreciate. He is knowledgeable in all things building (permits, structures, materials) as well as cost effectiveness of everything in our project. We know we wanted someone who can guide us through the process since both of us are not going to be hands on ourselves. His company is a one stop shop company which is what we hope for when we start thinking of doing this project. We talked to him about our vision for the house in the early stage. He was able to guide us through about what we should and shouldn't do as well as come up with the right solutions for the design. We love his ideas/suggestions and we are so excited to know that he will build us this beautiful modern house. We can't wait to see what the next few months will bring but we believe that Ben will be able to take us to the finish line. I recently worked with Creative Innovation Developers to update my kitchen and bathroom and make a couple other changes to my house. Shlomi and Jordan were great to work with. They listened to what I was looking for and suggested some things that hadn't occurred to me but were good ideas. I have a small older home, which created some challenges, but they rose to the occasion, and everything turned out great. I am enjoying my kitchen for the first time in years, and my bathroom has a fresher and more contemporary appearance now. I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to do something I didn't want to do. Their professionalism and Shlomi's calm demeanor made the process much less stressful than it could have been. I recently retired from a stressful job, so their creative problem-solving and the consideration shown by their team was much appreciated.
