Pharmacy is poorly run and managed. Staff is either incompetent or just plain rude. Slow to order and receive prescription items. Always a long line at the pick up desk and service is slow. That and they get your order wrong. Save yourself the hassles and go somewhere else for your pharmaceutical needs.

Their website says they do Covid testing. They do not. And they never have the home tests. The slowest and most useless person working behind the counter. People working in the pharmacy could not care less either. There is only 1 person working the front of this store. Corporate America at its best here.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Unhelpful and Compassionless CVS PharmacistRating: Review:I recently had a disappointing encounter with a CVS pharmacist named Jenny at the drive-thru pharmacy. I was in pain and desperately needed to update my insurance information to pick up my prescriptions. Unfortunately, Jenny's lack of compassion and unhelpful attitude only added to my frustration, leaving me feeling neglected and disheartened. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, Jenny's disinterested and apathetic demeanor was apparent. Instead of offering any form of empathy or reassurance, she seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I explained that I was experiencing severe pain and required medication urgently. However, rather than showing concern or attempting to expedite the process, Jenny exhibited an uninterested attitude, leaving me feeling devalued as a customer. The primary issue arose when I needed to update my insurance information. I brought my updated insurance information, my ID, and my form of payment.I expected Jenny to guide me through the process, ensuring that I could receive my medication without further delay. Regrettably, she lacked the knowledge and willingness to assist me. Instead of offering alternatives or suggestions, Jenny simply stated that she couldn't help and implied it was my responsibility to come inside in pain with my four year old and figure it out. Her lack of empathy became even more apparent when I requested additional information or clarification, as she responded curtly and dismissively. As a customer of this CVS location for over a decade, I believe it is vital for a pharmacist to be empathetic and understanding, especially in situations where patients are in pain and seeking a solution promptly. I left in tears feeling frustrated, unheard, and truly uncared for by CVS and Jenny's unsatisfactory service. It is so disheartening to encounter a healthcare professional who fails to provide the necessary support and compassion when it is most needed.Although I have had positive experiences at other CVS locations, my encounter with Jenny at this particular drive-thru pharmacy left a significant dent in my confidence in their services. I sincerely hope that CVS takes appropriate action to ensure their staff, including Jenny, receive the necessary training and development to display empathy and compassion towards their customers. Medical issues can be emotionally challenging, and no patient should feel disregarded or uncared for and left in pain when seeking assistance. In conclusion, I strongly urge CVS to address Jenny's lack of compassion and unhelpful demeanor in their drive-thru pharmacy. Patients deserve a better customer experience, especially when they are in pain and require urgent medication. After leaving in tears I called and spoke with a different CVS employee who was able to process the update to my insurance but I will have to take another trip back to the CVS and hopefully I will not run into Jenny who was the rudest person and least caring individual I have ever met. I hope the drive thru has a recording of what transpired so they can see how Jenny returned back late for lunch and unwilling to help customers. I will definitely be moving my prescriptions from this pharmacy I have enough going on in my life and I don't need a lack of empathy with my health matters.

I love Jessica she is the sweetest most compassionate and attentive person I have ever dealt with. She is the main reason I have been at the Burbank Victory location as long as I have. Other than that I have no complaints about this location.

Be patient with the people behind the prescription counter speak slowly and clearly as they seem to suffer from selective hearing loss at times Everything is here though so plenty of great choices and variety Also use the coin exchange here to unload all the coins we collect on a regular basis

A Care pass is a great way to buy a coupon once a month towards everything you might need. From Lottery tickets to Maybelline they have it all. You sick? Need a test or swab? Minute clinics are everywhere now. They are great! Fast in and fast cured.

Why isnt 0 stars an option? Pharmacy will place you on hold for 15 minutes and then hang up on you. While you're on hold you'll hear a robot tell you to get that one vaccine that ruins your heart and causes blood clots every 7 seconds. Pharmacists aren't what they used to be, just rude pill counters these days.

Absolute horrible pharmacy. Lies about not having medication in stock, being backordered for months, when it was filled at the same pharmacy three weeks prior. They do not answer the phone unless you call the doctors line. Going into the pharmacy is also a debacle. From the pharmacit down to the cashier absolutely horrible customer service and lack of intelligence, zero desire to help anybody needing to get their medication. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the health department.

This is absolutely the worst CVS I have ever been to. I've given them multiple chances in hopes that the bad experiences were just a one time thing. They weren't. This pharmacy is horrendous. Let's go over the mess ups I've encountered, shall we?1. They refused to give my husband (a type one diabetic) a covid booster because the pharmacist claimed it's only for immune compromised people. Uhh... diabetes is an AUTOIMMUNE CONDITION. It's literally an immune compromising disease. They refused to let him get his booster. So we went to Ralph's instead. 2. They gave me the WRONG medication. This wasn't just a different brand. It was a completely wrong medication. I was there to get some fertility meds. They gave me blood pressure medication. I called and the pharmacy person was rude. They told me to come in and show them. I drove back over and the lady saw the medication bottle (they gave me the entire bottle, not a counted out amount in an orange rx bottle) and the rx label were totally different. She was shocked and said that it scans as the medication on the rx label. So I guess READING THE BOTTLE AND CHECKING IT AGAINT THE LABEL, like all trained pharmacists are supposed to do, doesn't apply to this CVS. 3. I called to ask if they had a certain medication my dr had prescribed because my dr had said I had to start it the same day. It's very time sensitive. The pharmacist who answered was SO RUDE. She griped to me that she was busy and it would take too much of her time to look up the medication and see if they had it in stock. She told me to call a 24 hour CVS instead. How the in the world is this place even a pharmacy??? They won't even do the bare minimum for their patients.

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is garbage. Don't give them your money. A waste of time trying to get any one to talk to you, or answer questions. Pharmacy staff is very rude. Apparently they don't teach you common decency with that overpriced pharmacy degree. Would be a gamble to rely on them with your health.

Let's get this straight CVS....These five stars are for your employee JOSEPH. Joseph provided personalized and exquisite customer service. Not only was I welcomed with a genuine hello by this employee but also asked if I needed help finding anything. While at the register he offered a CVS CarePass that would save me 20% off CVS health brand products. He was informative, professional, and respectful. Though this time around I did not take advantage of this offer, I do plan on returning to this Burbank CVS to purchase the CarePass from Joseph. Talk about a job well done!!!Thank you Joseph for being an example employee.
